(Also, his name tag is a serious giveaway that he's not an employee.) Actual employees can't boss people around. Last year I was cussed out 5 times in the first hour of my shit.
People shopping on Black Friday are complete animals, and think it's "funny" and "what you're supposed to do" to be rude to employees and physically violent to other customers. If this was actually taken on Black Friday, it was taken at like 5:00pm when everything on sale was sold out, and the store was at normal volume.
