But if it's game over, why does OP go to the next level?
User avatar #63 - pocketstooheavy (11/25/2012) [-]
Honestly, I don't see how this is funny at all.

Why is this on the front page?

This is brilliant, no annoying wires

That is very well designed... Mostly the hard-drives placement. It probably CAN'T get dusty there, it's also spread out, so I doubt there'd be over-heating. Plus it looks amazing.

10/10 would Internet.
User avatar #78 to #55 - silasdg (11/25/2012) [-]
Well it is still going to get dusty inside the case as hes pulling dust/air in for his radiators.
User avatar #79 to #78 - englman (11/25/2012) [-]
What if they have filters?
#81 to #79 - silasdg (11/25/2012) [-]
The fans would be placed on the radiators (no room for a filter) any addition of a filter in a computer chassis or on a radiator would drastically reduce airflow. He's using multiple small fans (presumably to increase airflow while minimizing noise/vibration) instead of a large 120mm+ fan.

In the picture attached you can see he is not using a filter (I didn't expect you to research his setup this is just simple pointless commentary)
User avatar #84 to #81 - englman (11/25/2012) [-]
Oh ok, I see. I'm not going to pretend that I'm a genius when it comes to computer setup lol. Would liquid cooling not work here in the place of fans? (or is that a completely destructive idea?)
#97 to #84 - silasdg (11/25/2012) [-]
This system actually uses liquid cooling (that's what the green in the pipes are)

What a lot of people don't realize is that liquid cooling still requires fans in 99% of situations (common mistake).

The commonly agreed "best" liquid cooling setup is a push/pull setup (shown below)
A heatsink is applied over the top of a heat producing component (CPU, GPU, etc) This heatsink has cool fluid running into it with hot fluid running out. The hot fluid flows towards a radiator which air from the push fan flows through and its pulled out by the pull fan in order to remove the heat from the liquid. After the liquid transfers heat to the radiator it returns to the heat sink as cool fluid to repeat the cycle.

It's similar to the design of a car radiator.

>Game Over
>You Won

This confuses me.
#72 to #45 - nicktheslayer (11/25/2012) [-]
When you win, isn't the game over?

Game over in arcade games just meant you had to pay before you played again, really. You would see it more when you lost, but when you win, it still says it because, well. The game is over.

I find it funny that people always say "hurr derr faggot needs to have sex"
Somehow, enjoying computers/games/electronics and having money to do so, means you're a virgin.

Those swagfags used to bother me but I brush it off now. At least I can get a job that benefits the society rather than feeding the obese of this country from their pig slops a.k.a. fast food restaurants.
#145 to #40 - mrbull (11/26/2012) [-]
Everybody assumes sex makes everybody super-duper happy, it doesn't, some people enjoy playing video games more than sticking their prick into two bits of wrapped flesh. Suddenly that makes these people weird for not following majority in what they like. Oh well.

If by "smart people" you mean cowardly betafags, then you're partially correct. Except instead of "intimidated" it's more like "amused".

Uhm, no.

How about, instead of always drooling over girls you can't get, aim for someone more your level?

Popular girls who go for football players aren't the only girls out there, you're just looking at it that way because they seem to be the only females you're interested.

What I'm trying to say is... You're just as shallow and narrow-minded as those girls you've just described.
#120 to #87 - dtanobo (11/26/2012) [-]
There are different types of women out there. I know a few gamers and nerdy girls who are attractive. You can have sex and be a gamer. You just need to be able to socialise.

User avatar #107 to #87 - haydn (11/26/2012) [-]
Why does a girl have to know you're a gamer? And did you just merge gamers, with intellects? Sure a fair few may be intelligent, but I've met many dumb ***** through gaming. If all you talk about around anyone is gaming, computers etc, yeah you probably will repel girls. If you talk about trivial **** , not obsess over this little hobby you have, she wont know or judge any different.
