On this setup the guy uses 2 PSU's could someone tell me how that would work? (Having 2 power buttons to turn them on or..?) I cant figure out how it would work with 1 power button.

You can do a bit of modding to one of the PSUs. also as the guy below mentioned, some high end boards might support two PSUs.
