I remember hearing something about this in Science class, there's points in the ocean that have alot higher salt concentration and thus are like oceans in the ocean that fish cant swim in.

There's also the dead sea. It has the highest amount of concentrated salt in the ocean. The high level of salt stops fish from swimming because they tend to float up and eventually die from breathing incapabilities. Only bacteria and like microbes can actually live there. Swimming is pretty much floating there. Yay geography.
Underwater brine is denser then water, so its basically underwater water.
Y'know, one thing that bothers me about these posts is the use of the word "Logic." Science (specifically chemistry or physics) fits in better than logic.
