I see the concept of a joke eludes you too.

Please, feel free to scroll down and join those who are equally intent to prove that the outside is, in fact, better. And post pictures of places that you, nor I, will ever visit in our lifetime or have the ability to interact with, or enjoy it's sights with our own senses.

Instead, continue your banter on how real life is better while using a bunch of pixels of some unvisitable and remarkable place.

Sound familiar yet?

#417 to #410 - doktorandus (11/25/2012) [-]
Oh.

Oh, you mean that screenshot?
Of that one place you'll never visit in your lifetime?
That's somehow out of reach but yet you wish you were there, strolling through it's landscape?

I can't imagine where I've wished for that before.
#419 to #417 - vemmi (11/25/2012) [-]
Out of reach? No, its not out of reach. I am able to see real nature that makes your picture look like a swamp. And i do see it. many times a year. Most people up here who wants to can. Im sorry if you never enjoyed it. maby you live in the wrong country.
#421 to #419 - doktorandus (11/25/2012) [-]
I'm sorry but I am not going to argue with someone devoid of a sense of humour.

We see what you're saying: "most people that lives up here"...we live in the (mostly) concrete jungle we call America. And what ever isn't choked in smog and covered with cities/industrial areas is NOT all that fantastic. And if there are areas of the US that look like your picture, they are very remote, and most of us (adults, mind you) don't have time to find and visit one of these places, let alone your home country.

Yeah, I'll just head outside to a big lake and huge mountains with snow.

From the city.
User avatar #422 to #407 - thisisansfwaccount (11/25/2012) [-]

#423 to #422 - tylosaurus ONLINE (11/25/2012) [-]
That is correct.

This is Hyrule. I was born and raised here. This is far more beautiful than any of your video games could possibly be.

Every time I play Skyrim, I get this nostalgic sad feeling. Last December through March I played it literally every day and all day on the weekends before taking a break from it in March. It's a nostalgic feeling to play it now, and the beautiful game makes it feel even more so.

I haven't seen any reviews for "Real Life." Is it any good?
#202 - sepheroth ONLINE (11/25/2012) [-]
It is though if you'd look
User avatar #483 - mikaelkid (11/25/2012) [-]
It's actually more beautiful but tasks in a game just aren't as fun in real life.

Example: > Go to store get milk, drive home

In game: That **** is fun, run over a few people on way there, shoot cashier, etc or something lol

IRL: **** , gotta waste gas just to get milk, stand in line at register, traffic.

I'm sorry, but no amount of mods short of complete redesign can make Windhelm beautiful. That place is **** .

The Rift forest is my favourite area.
User avatar #159 to #156 - sixteensolid (11/25/2012) [-]
The Rift is nice, but my personal favorite is a blast of Clear Skies just north of the College of Winterhold. Talk about a view.
#160 to #159 - muchosgustaman (11/25/2012) [-]
that is amazing. I also like striding across the Whiterun tundra. Excellent sight.
User avatar #162 to #160 - sixteensolid (11/25/2012) [-]
Well, yes. The nice open terrain is great, until two Legendary dragons decide to spot you at the same time. I didn't even know two dragons could be in the same locale at once. One, I can handle. Two? Legendary? Damn you, Bethesda..

I'm a wizard so it's not too much of a problem with a couple of incinerates and a Ward when they breathe on me. Sellin' dem bones for dat Dovahkiin Monayyy!

The American Midwest has some pretty gorgeous scenery if you don't go around the smaller cities.
User avatar #49 - theist (11/25/2012) [-]
You do realize that video games are based off of reality, not the other way around, right? Reality looks infinitely better.
