You wouldn't go to that extreme so as to actually let her perish. Rather push her to the brink using tactics of starvation that she is applying to herself to your own person, so that she will see the damage it does through an unbiased eye. That, or whole-heartedly encourage her behavior, even going out of the way to progress it, so when it goes to far, and you push her still ever on the brink of starvation, she will cave and see how crazy she's being.

That second one is actually a little better and, if done perfectly, could work. In all likelihood, she knows what she's doing is wrong, and if people start, out of nowhere, being encouraging about it, maybe that knowledge will hit her harder and she will cave. However, I don't feel that starving yourself or your sister is the solution. If you starve yourself, well, you're just doubling the problem. If you starve her, there's no sure way to keep her just a little alive, just enough to repent, without killing her. You can guess and get pretty close, but it's not nearly as controllable as, say, a gunshot. Assuming she survives, if she's at all sane she'll know not only that she should eat something, but that you essentially tortured her until she came to that conclusion.

Another matter: terror isn't as effective as you seem to think. Sometimes it works, other times it blows up in your face. The years leading up to the Russian Revolution are a good example: the peasants rioted, so the Czar had troops fire into the crowd. Scary as balls. But years later, the people lose their terror and remember their anger, and look what happened.

Lastly, intentionally harming anyone, especially your sister, is evil, regardless of the reason.

I believe the ends justify the means. You do what you must for what you deem as the greater good. As for the logistics of the problem at hand, yes you are most certainly right, it would be risky and hard to control. However, I believe most gambles come with large reward.

As for your last statement.....I am a person of reason, of conviction, and of will, and will use these character traits so endowed upon me to do what I believe is right, meaning what is for the greater good. Morals, in essence, are an attachment to help ensure that one does as what I stated. But, it is ultimately an outdated and cumbersome belief to hold. As such, I don't operate on moral reasons, I operate on rational, efficient reasons. On reasons in which I believe the target will benefit most.

Also, you can't rely purely on reason. I know, it sounds stupid, but hear me out. Cold logic and reason will get you quite a lot of good things. There's always a risk involved. It's only through someone's incompetence that this could lead to the target's death. With people such as this, you cannot appeal to them with orthodox logic and rationality. Using mimicry in a satirical manner, aggression and force can at times yield results.

What have you been eating? Just carrots? (Kidding) What you should do is read alll about calories, for you, look to eat around 2500 cals a day for GUARANTEED weight gain, of course, that's only if you aren't exercising that much. You'll gain flab, but once at a solid weight, you can lift for muscle and then go on a diet to lose the fat and keep some muscle. Browse /fit/ daily. Make gainz, and don't do creatine. Also, if you haven't fully hit puberty, sometimes it's harder to gain weight because you burn more calories. Any questions feel free to ask.

I've just been eating various things. Burgers, steak, bacon, sandwiches...stuff like that. (fruits and vegetables include watermelon, broccoli, carrots, apples, and bananas). I'll start keeping track of calories from now on I guess.

As for exercise, I do push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, chin-ups, dips, squats, and I run. I don't lift any weights, because I have no weights to lift. Though, I've been lazy about it lately and haven't exercised at all in about a month.

Good, track calories, find a calorie calculator online and set it to 'gain 1 or 2 lbs a week.' If you have no weights, look into convict conditioning, great for those with no free weights (but if you actually want to gain muscle mass, you will eventually need to use free weights, but don't worry, if you don't want to lift don't, I sure don't, I just know this from browsing /fit/ while I was cutting (dieting)) You can be pretty lazy with CC, but be sure to push yourself. As for gainz, that's just what you can call making any gain in lift, (I.e going from a 50lb squat to 55lb or something like that)

I'd cheat on my diet any day if Tom Hanks offered me ice-cream. (Also, eat tonnes of protein, it will help you in the long run, and if possible, eat a good amount of sodium without giving yourself a heart attack, as salt helps retain water weight.)

I don't think protein and sodium will be a problem for me. I eat a lot of meats, and I salt almost everything that I eat. What I have problems getting enough of is grains. I eat bread and stuff, but not enough of it.

To get grains, eat yer' fiber! Grains are nice and all, but if you can get a good amount of fiber your golden. Also, drink two litres of water a day (milk can count twords this as well.) This seems like a lot but after a few days it's a super easy thing to do. Also; if you come from a meat-loving family, you're in luck, I wish my family ate more meat, shit's low in calories, so you can eat a fuck ton, and still has lot's of protein.

Fruits and veggies are high in fiber right? If so, then I shouldn't have a huge problem getting enough, though I will have to add them into my diet a little more. I'll have to increase my water consumption though (I drink about 1 and a half liters a day counting milk).

And yes, my family loves meat.

Yeah, it all depends on your build of how fat you look, but 6'0-6'2 200lbs isn't really fat at all, you could look a little chubbier with a small or medium build rather than a large build, but it isn't by any means fat, in today's society.
