Question
Do you get instalation from Steam that you can save or something like that or it is just one time thing? once you uninstal it you have to buy it again...or maybe your Steam account have in its data base that you have both that game so you can download it for free anytime?

Whatever games you buy on steam are on your account forever. So feel free to uninstall and redownload them, if you want to waste your internets.

I got Fallout 3 GoTY edition for £3.74 yesterday, I'm satisfied with that, but if Amnesia goes in the flash sale and is reduced anymore, I will use the last of my money to buy it, I ******* love Steam sales, it's the only thing that makes me feel rich.

Its pretty fun, but one of the major flaws is that you can't replay individual missions. You liked a particular mission you have to restart the game to play it again.

You get to enjoy random moves on civilians and then posing. You can run around naked. You can look like a monster. You can talk like a zombie. You whack people with a purple dildo. You beat up S&M freaks. This game is hands down one of the most fun and wackiest games ever. Get it and you will regret nothing.

fun and better with mods but its not a very long game and to say it's easy would be an understatement since you can BUY invulnerability. Its still a fun wacky game if you enjoy fooling around in the sandbox

HEY FJ! I gots a question! A. what would be some good games for Steam that I could buy? I prefer action/adventure and nothing too easy. I dont require high graphics but I DO require it be better then minecraft. Second question, this is a screencap of what I've been told explains how fast my comp is. It's not that I dont care about how that kind of thing, its' just that no one has ever taken the time to explain it to me. My question is if my computer is relatively fast or not?

Terraria is a nice game. It's minecraft as a 2D platformer and I think it's a lot more fun due to the different pace of the game. It's more centered around exploring than farming but there is a fair amount of farming in the game.
I would check out the Binding of Isaac, Psychonauts, Quantum Conundrum, Left 4 Dead, Borderlands, Bioshock, Half Life 2, Killing Floor, LIMBO, Portal, Super Meat Boy, and Tomb Raider: Anniversary. There are plenty more, but those are just the ones I've bought.

I dislike how downloading copies of games is being recommended more nowadays, which is why I don't use Steam much. I'd rather buy a physical copy of a game so I actually bought something instead of just bits of data a.k.a. thin air. I'm the same with films/tv shows/music, I'd rather buy the CD/DVD/Bluray so I actually have something physical of it.
This is also the reason I'm dreading there were rumours about next generation consoles only supporting games through download and not disc... There's nothing but disadvantages. Retail will suffer, the prices will stink, you won't be able to let someone borrow your copy anymore, and what about collectors editions and stuff?

"instead of just bits of data"
You realize that when you buy the CD you get the same "just bits of data" inside something that's very similar to your hard drive?
Same ****.

Yes but you get an actual box with it. Sometimes you get special edition boxes and Steelbooks, which are supposed to be collectible.

From the collectible point of view I have to agree, but if it's not a special box it's pretty much the same, except one is cheaper.

I have to disagree with you. If you download something, you don't have to worry about losing the physical copy; my sister (because shes a slob) has lost a copy of her Sims 2 twice now and has had to buy a new copy of it each time whereas if she downloaded it from Steam she couldn't have lost it. If her computer crapped out, she could just re-download it. Yeah, retail stores lose out, but its not the video game company's responsibility to keep them in business.
I do agree that it sucks you won't be able to loan out or borrow games though.

I agree with that - I went through three copies of GTA San Andreas on the PS2 simply because I was careless with discs back then and they got completely scratched up. I had a similar issue with The Sims also, I didn't lose the disc but I lost the product key. But because we registered our copy, EA just gave us a new product key free of charge. I know a few friends who have also lost product keys but they weren't able to get a new one from the developer.
There is one other bad thing about downloading games I forgot to say, some people don't have internet which is fast enough to download it quickly. Some people have data caps, like people who use 3G internet.

Another good point.
I honestly don't believe the reports that there won't be physical copies for purchase. I have family who live in the middle of Oklahoma and thus have literally no internet available (other than the ****** satellite internet) but they play plenty of video games, so why would microsoft or sony lose out on their business simply because they don't live in an area with internet?

Xbox - Best for MP.
PS3 - (IMO) generally better. I get a ton of games free from PSN+, the MP is always slightly more mature than Xbox, the games look/feel better, and finally the exclusives are better (IMO)
PC - The best of them all. But I prefer having a con
troll
er in my hand and having the disc. I have a freaking beast machine, but I still prefer my PS3. (Other than pirating games just to play the story or test it out before buying).

Nintendo makes very solid fun games, but doesn't conform and allow third party support
the PS3 has astounding graphical capabilities, and a good download service, but lacks decent testers (try playing fallout with dlc, it lags so bad)
Xbox is the middle ground it seems, but the 360 con
troll
er is too fat and uncomfortable for me, but their download service, while finicky, has great games.
and PC allows mods, and dev console, but only goes as far as the power of your machine
