User avatar #19 to #17 - LaBarata (11/21/2012) [-]

This is why is glad I live in Oregon. If something goes bump in the night in the woods by my house, I'm armed. It won't do **** against Slendy, but it'll make me feel better.
User avatar #95 to #91 - LaBarata (11/22/2012) [-]
Yeah, I know what you mean xD.
#9 - cocothenomad (11/21/2012) [-]
okay i kinda get why you would go into the woods so late. sometimes people want a good scare-and being in the woods-alone-at night, would do it. everyones overthinking it.
User avatar #50 to #9 - peanutbuttahjellah (11/22/2012) [-]
Well I mean there's always games he could have played for a good scare.
User avatar #5 - randomnab (11/21/2012) [-]
Disregarding the obvious part of the ******** , I'll just focus on this bit:

Yeah, so you see some creepy cages, get scared ******** , then want to go back and take pictures. So out of all the times for taking pictures and re-visiting (according to you) scary and dangerous places you pick 3- ********* ?

0/10 try harder next time.
User avatar #6 to #5 - LaBarata (11/21/2012) [-]
I don't care if you believe me or not, it's true.
User avatar #11 to #6 - randomnab (11/21/2012) [-]
Well, I do have a hard time believing stories on the internet, especially ones that are supposed to be all morbid and **** .
User avatar #12 to #11 - LaBarata (11/21/2012) [-]
It's just one of those things that happens, and I immediately go "I ******* HAVE to tell FJ about this xD
#29 to #12 - wagastragas (11/22/2012) [-]
i can relate to it, its one of those things that regardless of scaring you ******** , the curiosity beats the best out of you, and you are thinking if you let time flow either it will go away and no one ever will beleive you or someone else will find it taking credit out of you
User avatar #32 to #29 - LaBarata (11/22/2012) [-]
Exactly. Like I said, I even dragged my roommate along with me the second time around.
User avatar #8 to #6 - LaBarata (11/21/2012) [-]
And I decided to go back then because I was thinking "Hmm, they might all be gone by morning."
#3 - frysfrys (11/21/2012) [-]
So you just randomly decide to walk in the woods at 1 am? Bull **** .
User avatar #37 to #3 - secretlysuperman (11/22/2012) [-]
I know it is surprising that people actually walk places and do things aside from go on the internet.
User avatar #38 to #37 - frysfrys (11/22/2012) [-]
Yes... but at 1 am? You aren't sleeping or reading or...watching tv? Jesus..
User avatar #39 to #38 - secretlysuperman (11/22/2012) [-]
It depends on where you live. If you have a forest or a unpopulated area around you, especially if you grew up near there, then you know that as long as you take precautions as did this gentleman did, there really isn't much danger. The city is more dangerous at night than the "country" is.
User avatar #40 to #39 - frysfrys (11/22/2012) [-]
City - ******* , ******* , and more *******

Woods - Bears, wolves, coyotes

There's no difference.
User avatar #41 to #40 - secretlysuperman (11/22/2012) [-]
Thats not true at all. (not comparing animals to humans) but animals don't kill or attack for pleasure. And not all rural areas have bears and wolves. If you've ever lived in a rural area you know the whole "they're more afraid of you thing." You can just bring a dog, or have something to make noise. Unless threatened, animals don't often attack. People kill more people then animals do when people walk near their homes.
User avatar #42 to #41 - frysfrys (11/22/2012) [-]
Dogs have actually saved many lives. If it's freezing outside, you and your dog can snuggle and you'll survive the night by it's body heat.
User avatar #43 to #42 - secretlysuperman (11/22/2012) [-]
That's exactly what I'm saying? A dog can protect you from dangers like that. Or can just frighten off other animals.
User avatar #58 to #43 - LaBarata (11/22/2012) [-]
That's why I brought my noisemaker thing. It's electronic, and air horn loud. It'll give bears or coyotes a good reason to back off.
User avatar #7 to #3 - LaBarata (11/21/2012) [-]
I live in Northern Canada. There's really not much else to do, especially since I've sworn off video games until I finish my history midterm.
