Iron Man saved a city from a nuke by throwing that nuke at a bunch of aliens.

Even though the Iron Giant and Batman both nearly sacrificed themselves, Iron Man used his life-threatening situation to kill 2 birds with 1 stone.

Something, despite all of Iron Man's money and degrees, will never experience. A robot is not what the Iron Giant was, a hero, and an icon is what he was.

Batman also gets his ******* spine broken. Got trapped in a near inescapable pit. I think he got shot a fair few times. Was hated by the people he was trying to save. And he got betrayed several times. And he still beat Bane and his ******* rebellion thing, all the while trying and mostly succeeding to not kill anyone. And never will Gotham know the name of their savior.

I find that more impressive than a god, a genius with a ridiculously powerful suit, whats practically a titan, a master marksman, a super soldier and a pair of boobs beating aliens.

Or maybe I'm just biased towards Batman because he is like a god to me, but I stand by my opinion.

Ik. The Avengers will never compare to the Dark knight Rises for me. And lol a pair of boobs... anywho, i respectfully agree with your opinion.

The Avengers set out to be an action movie with a few jokes. It did that. It was basically the same as the rest of the Marvel movies but with more people.

Dark Knight Rises set out to make you think, to make you feel. And by **** it did that. I got feels of epic proportions.

spine broken? clutz or bad at defending themselves. trapped? what is he a princess? shot? He is rich. They make a bullet proof suit for bloody sake. Hated? Sucky people skills. Betrayed? Bad at reading people (He is suppose to be a detective right?)

This man is your god?

Also, to correct you where you're wrong, his suit isn't bulletproof. In The Dark Knight he trades out the bulletproof suit for a more flexible one.

I said they made bullet proof tux. As in they have that irl. He is rich. He should be able to afford both.

He got his spine broken by a really ******* tough bastard who he could hardly hurt, seeing as he is hardcore. Trapped, he had his spine still broken and it was a literal ******* PIT and the only way out is do a potentially life threatening jump. Thats ******* trapped, man. And yeah, it's bullet proof, but being shots still ******* scary, especially given how much it happens to him. He was hated because he took the blame for Harvey Dents death, who everyone thought was a hero when he was really a villain. He let everyone believe he was still a hero. The bad at reading people thing, maybe, but then again, he lived in solitude for YEARS after Dark Knight, I bet a guys people skills deteriorate after that long being alone.

And yes, he is my god. The man goes out there, every night, even though he doesn't have to, to defend people he doesn't have to defend. He could sit in his mansion surrounded by bitches every night, but instead, he goes and risks his life to save the weak. *******. Hero.

Just saying I don't this movies batman. The real batman would have never gotten close without knowing what he was dealing with... also the real bane was ******* huge with guy with ten thousand tubes keeping him alive and strong at the same time.

The joker? That was not the joker. That was some evil guy being a jackass. The real joker never stopped smiling. "Do you want to know how I got these scars?" (to quote a real joker) "Cough.... Thats not funny..... Thats not funny at all *drop*"

To interject, the bane you are thinking of is a different iteration. The original bane is closer to this one, as he was drafted as a physical metaphor for the dangers of revolution. The meat shield bane really came along from that "movie"

It's a different take on Batman, most Batman comics are. And the movies aren't meant to be incredibly accurate to the comics, they are, as I said, different takes. And the real Bane was also still supposed to be a ******* Genius. And this one still had something keeping him alive. His mask has said **** keeping him alive. And seriously? The Joker is Dark Knight was awesome. And thats what the Joker is. An evil smartass with an awesome taste in clothing. Always laughing, always being a ******* nutscase. And he was often always smiling anyway. A damn fine Joker to me.

HE NEVER LAUGHED!!!! He gave some sarcastic ones but never a good hearty one. How can you have a joker without the laughter?

He laughed when he killed that fake Batman on the Camera. He laughed when he was hanging off a ******* building. He laughed when he was beating the **** out of the Batman and other things.

He's a nutcase, is what you're getting at. Both I say are still damn good Jokers. He walked into that room in Dark Knight also with ******* grenades in his suit, he was ready to die and kill a bunch of people with him, simply because, he can.

In the other, he shot a bunch of guards for ***** and giggles.

It's probably supposed to be like that ,because if I remember correctly one of the trailers for the first Iron Man film they used The Iron Giants voice in it.
Also I picked up on this the first time I watched The Avengers none of my friend thought it was a reference though.
