Obama gets credit for the inevitable death of Bin Laden, not the people who worked tirelessly to find him, track him, study him, and then the people who actually went over there, put their lives in danger, and killed him.
Scumbag Obama.
Scumbag Obama.
ignore anyone that mentions the comparison to Obama with Hitler. Hitler gets the credit, because he ruled his military with fear. Obama does not, therefore, yes, Hitler does get all the credit for those murders, as the soldiers were terrified to go against his will, where as Obama is not a merciless dictator and therefore it was not the same. i agree, they deserve far more credit than Obama himself does for what was done.

Yeah, except for the fact that if he was wrong there would have been a giant shitstorm awaiting him afterwards for going into Pakistan without their permission. Also the call was a very tough one, there was no concrete evidence either way to go off of. This could have very easily have been Obama's Jimmy Carter moment. And for the record, the president did give credit and praise to all those who tirelessly pursued OBL.
The funny thing is, had it turned out that he wasn't there you and I both know he would have been slammed by the right for his supposed incompetence as commander-in-chief. Can't win with you guys.

Then again, he did actively try to close down Guantanamo, before and after he was president, which is where the majority of the information about the courier that eventually lead the bin Laden's location was gleaned from. So it's kind of like a NFL receiver who tipped the ball to himself. It was a great catch but he did take his eye off the ball for a second and could have fucked it all up.

Approving the order to go into a country that you have shaky diplomatic relations with without their permission to assassinate someone is kinda a big deal.
Maybe you are right though. Not like Hitler was a bad guy. All of those people who worked tirelessly to find the Jews, study the Jews, and then the people who actually fought in the war and put their lives in danger to help kill the Jews are the only ones who should get credit for that whole Jew thing.

Anyone else think of that Disney movie My Date with the Presidents Daughter.

he didnt fucking kill bin laden fuckin a... bush started the search for that cuntholesteve obama didnt do shit except say ok guise you are free to kill him, when they found where he was.. i think its hilarious when people or himself try to give obama credit for killing him. he just happened to be in fuckin office when it all went down.. inb4 yes im mad cuz im sick of him taking credit for it... if anyone wants to take credit its seal team 6.. go fuck urselves if you disagree with me lol, <3
Osama was the target, the Seals were the gun, and Obama pulled the trigger.
>Let me tell you about the time I said "Go for it" from my safe and comfy office and some marines I've never even met nor helped train killed Bin Laden
Fix'd

"Hurr durr Obama didn't kill Bin Laden, the soldiers did."
Of course he didn't. It's a fucking joke.

Personally (unless I'm missing out on an event in Hitler's life) they did not directly kill anyone. However both of them led the troops that did it so they did have a hand in it, and can be partially credited for it.
But I digress back to my main point: It's a joke, so there shouldn't be a shitstorm about it one way or the other.

Actually, I'm pretty sure it was a Navy Seal that killed Osama, not Obama...
People just don't want to give any credit to Obama. I have republican friends who literally turned into the most racist bigots I've ever seen the day Obama was elected. I kept hearing the same point come up a few times and it was that they don't know whether they want Obama to do good so that the economy comes back on track or if they want Obama to fail so that they can say they were right. Who the fuck thinks like that. Oh yeah the people signing that joke Succeding Petition.

Let's say I pay a guy some money to beat a guy to death, hypothetically. I know it's not the same, but hear me out.
So, the guy beats him to death, and I pay him his money.
Who really killed the guy? Did I?
And for the record, Hitler did play a huge part in the Holocaust. There's no denying it. But he was certainly not the only force which led to it.

You want to know how I can disagree?
It depends on one's definition of killing someone. Instead of pointing fingers and saying somebody's wrong, you need to take into account that a lot of these things are subjective and are swayed by opinion.

He didn't kill bin laden, a trained marine did... which is worse. So a better way to put it would be.
.. Let's meet the man that killed Bin Laden.

Obama didn't kill him just like Bush didn't get the info that led to him. That was the result of our troops and two presidents who pushed pencils.
and the same time he isnt exactly wrong..... the autobahn wasnt built by hitler, But he's resposible for the economic power built in germany politically... A voice that can say build this is still the voice that says take the damned shot...(as is evident with the holocaust).. and as is very evident with Former president clinton's decision to NOT kill osama binladin before 9-11
Actually He did.. It was a stale mate untill the northern troopes were forced to free slaves, much to their own dismay, Say goodbye to the souths biggest form of revenue, cotton, and their only source of weaponary, cotton trade, NOW dont get me wrong, the north would've gotten the upper hand eventually... but that made it pass much quicker.. that and sherman's habbit of burning everything he saw
