Thanks for the template... Yes, this should do nicely. Though this would be so much better if Paint let you rotate things beyond 90 degrees :/

Protip: select anything on MS paint, make it a transparent selection if you so desire; copy and paste it onto an MS word document as a pic. Rotate it to preferred position, copy the new rotated pic, and re-paste it back to paint.

Fair, but PS usually takes forever to load, and when you save a picture, the default file format is a .psd, not a .jpg or .png.

Some how, i was expecting that
