Nope. Lobster telomerase never shortens. In fact it lengthens as they age.

telomerase is an enzyme, i think you meant telomeres which are the noncoding dna sequences at the polar ends of DNA strands

Look it up on google. There's plenty of articles about lobster and possible immortality. They didn't prove it, but it is supported by many evidences.

Sorry but the lobster wouldn't have survived the depth. Their optimal ecology is at shore line but it can extend out to the continental shelf. The area where the titanic sunk was beyond the continental shelf, unfortunately.

tldr; no lobsters were spared that night
