Geography test. Asks a religion question. God damn, I go to a Catholic school and even we keep religion out of geography. Dammit, people.

So what, I used to add my own answers all the time. If only I knew where I put my grade eleven tests.

And she gets marked down of course, because if you take initiative in this country and show that you can actually think independently and do not stay inside the box.. you will be terminated.

>Earth created by God
>4.7 billion years ago

Pick One.

I'm fairly certain this is shopped, and not a real exam question. Look at the other questions on it. they both look like typical geography questions you could look up in any grade school textbook. There is no way any of the answers in question 2 correlate to the ideas represented in questions 1 and 3 either.

It wouldn't be in a test to decide whether you are right or wrong about what you believe happened to create the Earth. If it was then it wouldn't be a question that awards a mark. This is complete and utter bullshit.

Wrong. Calvin would have answered "The horrendous space kabloiee."

Educational facilities should probably just stop asking this question because no matter what the answers provided, it implies that somebody is a stupid fuck and deserves to lose points for what they believe, or just suck the dick of the contrasted opinion.

Ugh. This reminds me of the episode of Bullshit! with creationists.

If the answer to the second question was God,
Then surely the answer to the first question should be like 6000 years

That awkward moment when not everyone believes in god.
That teacher has a closed mind.
~ Someone that believes in god.

Guys, I believe in God but also believe in Evolution. I believe God created evolution. But the Big Bang theory is bullshit to me. I know that I'll get disagreed on but, we can never find out until we die.
User avatar #762 to #732 - vanoreo (10/20/2012) [-]
So we'll find out how the world began (which we already have quite a bit of evidence on already if you didn't know) once we die?

I think most of us are annoyed at the fact that you think it matters what we believe in, and that you feel the need to start a potential shitstorm

What kind of teacher would put something like that in a geography test? the fuck?
User avatar #729 - pulluspardus (10/20/2012) [-]
Even in my "Strict Muslim" country we let religion out of science and geology.
I doubt this one is real.

The big bang isn't correct though. You see earth was created about 4.6 billion years ago whereas..

The whole universe was in a hot dense state when nearly 14 billion years ago expansion started, wait...
