well i live in teh US now and the water ins't pure, it tastes salty and leaves a lot of calcium and salt when it evaporates, if they can't get it rid of that then i don't think it is pure of bacteria, plus they do filter the water in mexico

Depends on where you live mate. I went to Cancun for spring break and the water is literally brown. If you live in the Arizona area or in California the water is that way because of all the health nuts.

Well, I think he just got tired of being Fall Out Boy, because by the end of it that's who he was. He was the face that everyone put on that band and I think he just got tired of them being less of a band and more of just him.
