GO was (in my opinion) strictly for the fans and fans love it ,as I do, and if it was ea they would add a half ass story mode and sell it for full price

Can someone explain the premium thing ? Do you buy it and you get all the stuff and you don't need to pay for anything or you must rebuy when new dlc come

buy 5 dlc's for 50 euro or buy one after another for 15 euro each
and yes, you do get all the new weapons and the other useless stuff
premium is like a giant preorder for dlc's

how is buying the premium pay for win? You just get more maps/camos/weapons? You can't buy skill

you can buy weapons that are better than those that are available for non-premium players
and you don't have to unlock achievements to get the weapons that non-premium players had to work for

well they improved the accuracy/reload time on alot of non-premium weapons this patch so that should be allright now, and i don't really use a lot of premium weapons cause i like to stick with the ones i know how they shoot.
And you only get the weapons without working for it if you buy the Assault/Recon/Support/Engineer/Vehicle kit which isn't included in the premium pack (you have to buy those seperately), so you still have to work for it, but i get your point. I just do it for the map packs. And because you can share your premium over different PS3 (5 times i think) we bought it with 4 so it was 12.50€, not that expensive

and what pisses me off the most is that premium players can panic-knife now, which basically turned bf3 into cod

nyeah 50% with one knife is alot, still a stupid thing to do though, i just pull my secondary.

I hate it too, but i like battlefield to much i couldn't resist (damn you EA :p) only game i'll ever do it for though, since price/stuff you get is the best there is for fps (it's still ridicilous, but you can't stop it unfortunately)

the new knife does more damage than the regular knive and always 1HKs me from the front (i play only hardcore) so it's quiet a bother

ah, i didn't knew it was instant kill on hardcore, that sucks donkeyballs. Meh, i played so much battlefield i never have the reflex to pull my knife when face to face. But if they miss it they're fucked, cause theres a lot of time between 2 knife attacks. Seems just as stupid/noobish as C4 suiciding (god i hate that so much)
Still, knifing from behind is so goddamn awesome, one of the little things in battlefield what makes it awesome

This game was the biggest waste of $40 for me.

Since I don't want to drop $50 for every map pack ever and a service I'll never use, now I'm stuck playing the same two or three maps with the same couple game types all thanks to a lack of dedicated servers for PC. Now the BF3 icon just sits there, making me all pissed off and disgruntled every time I look at it.
