It's a dopamine-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor, which basically means that when your nerve cells send neurotransmitters into your synapses, it doesn't take them back as quickly. Dopamine makes you happy, and norepinephrine does other shit, so when it rstays in the synapse long enough for the next nerve cell to receive it, you feel happier and shit.
