it's always been fake, only the 12 year olds and younger will deny it. I will say this though, not just WWE, or TNA, but all wrestling promotions still can put on some great shows, AJPW, NJPW, PWN, AAA, Dragon Gate Japan and USA, PWG, ROH, Michinoku Pro, and Chikara, they all have some awesome wrestlers!

funny thing is, Anthony Carelli the guy who plays santino (marching) could kill half the wwe roster with ease, guy did judo for 20 years and is an accomplished mma fighter, hard as fuck but is written with that character so goes along with it.

i'll link you an interview he did for a newspaper, its been documented for ages of his mma/judo background, he didnt just magically appear in wwe, everyone has done shit before wwe... Also fun fact - Jillian was most probably the best female wrestler wwe ever had, but due to the writers giving her an awful character and her having to look shit, she was massively held back.
