I think she's squeezing her breasts together so that they look larger. You know, when girls do that with their arms it usually happens.

B and A buttons could be color changed because of GC Legend of Zelda Collector's edition, in which OoT was included.

You're talking about the Master Quest.

This came out before then.

After actually looking at the wikis for the two of these, I have come to the conclusion that Master Quest did indeed come out first, with a few additional features, while Collector's Edition was an exact remake (except for a screen flip) and came out nearly a year later. However, Master Quest was limited and given to preorders of Wind waker, and often sold in the same bundle. Where as Collector's edition was sold alone, and made more money.

TL;DR
Master Quest was first, but Collector's Edition was a stand alone and more common.
