If compared to action scenes and comedic side Avengers were much better.

But if you look at the movie idea and overall thriller elements, Batman wins that one.

not really the interesting part of the batman movies is that they're is such a psychological aspect to all of the movies. and the message plus he joker is such a deep character

Like Avengers didn't have plot holes, like how all the Chitari died Phantom Menace style at the end. Or how the military was strangely absent, I mean it's not like the world was at stake or anything.

of course it had plot holes but the thing is, its a movie that didnt take itself seriously. i knew damn well it was a comic book movie while TDKR was trying very hard to play off the vibe or reality. that is the reason why Avengers was simply more enjoyable.

I think the fact that they made made it feel more realistic and dramatic is what made it a great movie. We all know what happened last time they tried to make Batman movie with a comic book's lighthearted vibe.

It all comes down to a persons tastes, I personally enjoyed every minute of TDKR's drama and seriousness but some people don't. Avengers may have been a fun movie, but TDKR gave more in my opinion.

dont get me wrong, i enjoyed the dark knight trilogy but i honestly enjoyed Avengers more. i was able to sit though it 5 times. but i felt a bit disappointed with TDKR. it was not as good as TDK.

I could see all those thumbs coming a mile away. all the butthurt fans cant get over the fact that TDKR was no where near as good as TDK.

Let's just say she's light years better than Hale Berry, but she can't quite hold a candle to Michelle Pfeiffer...

She did a good job playing the actual role, but the character itself was flawed. She fucks Batman over like 5 different times (once leaving him for dead) but Batman still forgives her with zero resolution between them. When he returns to Gotham, he walks up to her like nothing happened when the last time she saw him was helping Bane kill him. He's just like "Nah I didn't die, so it's cool. Here, have my motorcycle and the only leverage I have over you. I'm sure you won't completely fuck me over again".
