Best done with a hookah for a greater amount of smoke. You'll need to get a styrofoam cup and cut out the bottom. Then get a saucer or ashtray and fill it with soap and water. Then place the larger end of the cup in the water and blow smoke through the bottom making a bubble. Once large enough, swiftly pull the cup away from the bubble.

Works better if you cut the top off of like a soda or water bottle. The spout is easier to blow through.

I loved doing that with hookah, until I figured out smoke rings.

Ah yeah, I nearly got caught by the cops one time doing smoke rings. But I was just like "camon, it's 40 degrees out...". Me and my friend were smoking a joint, I killed it, dropped it, and around the corner was the cop 2 houses down.

We got hella lucky that day too cuz we volunteered to empty our pockets cuz neither of us had anything (we lit it off the end of a cigarette and luckily it burned good cuz we didn't have a lighter..) and we ended up getting off the hook. Dumb cop :P

But ye, smoke rings are fun. And easy.

How do you do smoke rings?

With hookah, what I learned was to get a lot of smoke in your mouth, don't blow out. Then you need to drop your jaw and kind of make an O with your mouth. Click your jaw, in a way, so it looks like you're going to close it, but you just open it again. I hope that made sense.

And you don't want to blow it out at any point, to get it from your lungs to your mouth you can do little short easy coughs but you have to be prepared to make the rings right after or else you'll lose the smoke.

You gotta like, let a little bit of the smoke that you're holding in out into your mouth, then form an O shape with your lips and push the smoke out with your tongue.
