What happened to the good shows on History channel and Discovery? Like, the Universe, or Planet Earth? Those were the good shows. And I think they may still be on, sometimes. The majority is exactly what you said, and I hate it.

they're gone. Network politics now don't care about educational value, everything is based on revenue. Nowadays the shows (not documentaries) are all about making the yokel who works 9 hours in a mcdonalds pleased that his job isn't that bad. He doesn't want to know that there might be more to life than how to make easy money or have a bad job.

That's not what the channels were meant for at all though... Those channels, and the Science channel (also now ruined), were made for intelligent individuals with an actual curiosity about the world. Who caters to them?

I've been there, it's actually really small inside. They use camera angles to make the interior look huge. However, they do have some pretty cool shit.

you're a dumb ass if you don't think slang has just as much of an etymology as any other words. degenerates don't just throw a couple sounds together and create words out of thin air. The word kray is used in direct reference to the Kray Twins. You can look them up. "Cray" is just an american misunderstanding or the foreign phrase, because we hear "kray" and it sounds like the beginning of "crazy", which is understandable but it doesn't mean it's right.
