Calories are a measure of energy combined of fats, proteins, and carbohydrates. Despite popular belief, fats, don't make you fat, and obviously proteins don't either. The source of fat is carbohydrates. If you only focus on a low calorie diet, you'll also be loosing proteins and fats which are actually good for you.

However, there are two types of carbohydrates, those that come from sugar, and those that come from fiber. That's why usually on the nutrition facts of a food wrapper, under the carbohydrates, it has "dietary fiber" and "sugars". The dietary fibers are good for you, but the sugars are whats bad.

So if you want to loose weight, consume low amounts of carbohydrates.

BTW, Super-size Me was a load of ******** , the reason he gained so much weight is because he was eating the high-carbohydrate buns of the cheeseburgers. Watch "Fathead" if you want the truth.

It's not that simple for everyone my friend.
Calorie deficit is the first step to weight loss, true. And it may work for the first week or two.
However, our bodies don't want to lose weight because were pretty much genetically programmed for survival (not to look good). So the human body is very efficient, it does several things to slow down or even stop the fat burning processes (involving hormones such as cortisol and leptin, as well as enhanced metabolic rate and insulin sensitivity), this is known as a weight loss plateau. Also its not just about the calories since different calories have different effects on the body, a person should consider macro-nutrient distribution ratios too.

I don't mind skinny chicks, I don't mind chicks with meat on them,
what I do mind is people being lazy and glutinous and then glorifying it.

Chicks at school call me fat and ugly all the time. They're all less than 100, skin and bones and single. I'm about 130-ish, healthy looking and in a relationship. I think I win.

Starvation? It's called eating clean. A very low body fat percentage can be achieved without starving yourself.

Yeah, but I don't consider a woman with bones jutting out 3 inches from her body attractive.  It looks like pictures of Holocaust survivors.  I guarantee that they are completely flat-chested and have no curves at all.  It's not attractive at all.

That's just human anatomy, man. I'm not going to criticize you for what you find attractive or unattractive, but you do realize that breasts have a fixed individual size, right? If fat is gained, then the fat is added on to the breasts just like any other part of the body. They don't get smaller, just bigger.

some people and im being honest. have the wrong body types and even if they worked out every day and ate right would never have a space between their thighs, a flat stomach, sticking out collar or hip bones.
