My brother and I were supposed to go camping this week, but I ducked out on account of getting sick. He stayed on an island. He was destroyed by biting flies, it rained and he had to swim off the island (leaving all non-essential gear) before a second rain came and stranded him, a previous flood had taken down all the trees (we hammock camp) and when he got back to the car (one mile away from his camp site) it was covered in muddy mountain lion paw prints. We're going again next week so we can get our gear back. His face when he got back from the trip...

Except for the part where they're sneaky, mean mo-fos. I'd much rather encounter a bear out in the wild than a mountain lion... I can scare off a black bear. A mountain lion is just going to try and eat my face.

They are my favorite big cat though. Total boss mode.

Meh, Mountain Lions and I usually get along. Bobcats, foxes, and bears too.

Now those damn cows the rancher down the valley has? THOSE are dangerous. They're just friggin cows, but they will charge you and try to trample you if you so much as look at them.

There's like, 8 or so states that has NO laws for exotics, but here in TN you just have to get licensed. (Can't own native species though). Hell, when I was younger I saw one run across my grandmothers yard, so I know they're around.
