You young guys don't get it because you've seen every DBZ episode on youtube in a row. My little brother and I used to wait a week to see each episode after school!
I know, he eventually married Bulma, and grew a mustache... but I was a teenager and stopped watching DBZ at that point. So for me, the Vegeta I remember, was not a sensitive father.

In the episode Goku fights Kid buu and is equal to him in powers, vegeta talks to himself and says that Goku is stronger than he is because he fights for the fight and not for winning, so... In the canon Dragonball Vegeta accepts that goku is stronger than he is. without that rival he wants to beat he became a good person, theres a scene where he trains with trunks and trunks turns into a ssj for the first time, they fight and vegeta hits him in the face, Trunks is hurt, you can see vegeta is sry he hurt his son but instead of saying hes sorry he askes trunks if hes stonger than Goten.

He was focused on his rival, when this ended he turned all good

Listen, little kid. I know all that stuff. Okay, I was watching as it was first coming to America... it wasn't even out on VHS then! The point I was, and am STILL trying to make: the Vegeta I remember was not sensitive. When I was 11 or 12, Vegeta was cool! Not mushy, sensetive, touchy feely, you know... girly! Like all you kids are today (probably the reason you keep drawing out this argument) It just doesn't fit my pre-teen years, like I said... You just won't get it.

i just think all in all hes a good guy , you see him as the Badass Vegeta he was, i have no problem with that.

I read that it's the same voice actors... the only reason they'd sound different is because they're older.

F*** NO! Vageta sounds HORRIBLE! Like a Hobo with a strep throat being chocked by a midget! Nappa doesn't sound any better, and Goku has such an iconic voice for his character that didn't change whatsoever throughout DBZ or GT, so it just sounds wrong. They should have used a few of the Team Four Star voice actors, especially Vageta's actor, he sounds so well XP
