My aunt was well over 400lbs and being 5"2 that's quite a lot her kness are destroyed, and by that I mean the doctor has said she has the knees of a 90 year old while she is 40. She has really bad asthma , is on pain killers , blood thinners, and 5 other kinds of medicine to maintain her health. She also has no cartilage in her knees at all it's completely gone. Despite all of that she dropped 100 lbs 300 , and has always said she would never be caught dead in those things, But in seriousness when you lose the cartilage in your kness your supposed to ride those things.

You aunt needs to lay off the fast food.

She doesn't eat fast food she has medical problems much more then I listed. Plus her medication makes it harder for her to loose weight.
