Well two of the close up eye ones were called the eye and one was called blindness, so those make sense at least
Original comp = he got the 10 big pictures and put them together, it was not him who found all the individual movies xD
And it's all about psychological stuff ain't it?? I'm pretty sure a pink or red or yellow action poster would look a bit balls, yet a dark blue tinted comedy would look a bit strange :P

well of course the cover is going to be blue if its a movie about water...
At least the Requiem for a Dream poster makes sense when you watch the movie, and even with the title.
With Avatar and Godzilla it's just like LOOK IT'S AN EYE!!!!

THIS WAS FUCKING AWESOME! Good job OP, this must have taken a while to make. I never realized how many movies followed a common theme.
TBH, I think alot of studio's probably hire the same graphic artist and whatever works easiest that's easy to read they end up using in the end. I actually looked one guy up that did Transformers and he did several other movie box art covers. I make websites for people in Hollywood, you don't need to be on the big screen to get involved in the process!

I remember a lot of these movies. I think I'll go back and watch all of the ones I truely enjoyed. Thanks.
160 "lady in red" posters. I bet whoever made this had a fun time copy/pasting them.
The orange and blue colour theory is another cliché. Its used on tonnes of film posters.
