OoJesusoO (07/23/2012) [-] Why do alot of people dislike WInd waker? It was a pretty awesome game in fact its my 2nd fav Zalda game (next to Ocarina) and it broke my Zelda virginity. I actually like the story of how the link in WW is actually related to the Link in OoT. just because it's cartonny doesnt make it a bad game ad i thought the game wasn't to hard nor too easy.

I gotta admit, I don't like the WW graphics very much, but because the gameplay and the story are fucking awesome I don't care about the graphics. WW is a masterpiece.

bluemagebrilly ONLINE (07/23/2012) [-] Wind Waker was great to be honest. The traveling system was my only problem due to how long it took to get everywhere but other than that it was one of the better Zeldas. The story was alright and the graphics, while rather cartoony, were pretty good even though most people would say they prefer the normal Link. I mostly enjoyed the combat system, though the part of the game at the beginning where you lose your sword was one of the most annoying sneaking missions I have had to deal with, just because of barrels.
At anyrate, you are correct that it relates to the Link in OoT as the Wind Waker is from the timeline where Link goes to Termina after defeating Ganon, though all of the Links are actually related to the OoT Link as that is where the timeline splits.
