I guess I just like sneaking behind people and killing them quickly. I've had several playthroughs up to level 50, playing as a brute, mage, thief, and a mixture of all three. I find it's easier to kill people when sneaking when you're at a low level. But everyone has their own opinions.

This was more fun yesterday, I was never debating a point I actually stand by, I was just having fun.

I have to go to bed soon, so I'll try to conitnue it, but I wont be able to comment until after work tomorrow.

Sneaking up dealing a broken amount of damage to all enemies before actual legitimate combat can start, sucks a huge portion of the fun out of the game. There's no thinking to it, there's no strategy to it, it's just crouch walking behind a person, killing them, then hiding for 5 minutes until everyone's awareness drops.

O I agree with you to an extent, sneaking becomes boring after level 50ish when it gets too good. The combat in skyrim is what made the game legendary, blocking and slashing your way through a barrage of enemies.

Also, I knew you were just havin fun with debating everyone, people get so butthurt over games sometimes.

Yeah I know, but it's okay. I'd need 21k thumbs to get any where close to a red thumb ban. I feel I'm pretty safe to voice my opinion with out giving a fuck about thumbs at the moment.

The thumbs from that post balanced out the negative thumbs from this post.

Honestly I'm not even judging, I just like to argue opinions I don't feel that strong about because its fun.

As a khajit i aproove, Aura whisper + bow and arrow and a dagger. Overkill everything, that even makes you able to kill Giants at level 2.

Thus breaking the game and make it boring as fuck.

If i like it, i do it. I don't like getting fucked several times because i run in a group of forsvorn and shit.

You wouldn't be getting fucked if you run in prepared, knowing how you're going to take each of them on, and what you're going to need to tank their hits. The combat is a lot more in the moment than it is when you just sneak around picking them off for an hour.

oh so just because i have armor it automaticly makes me able to tank it, oh really? how many hits will i be able to tank? when enemy spots me i use close combat gear, i just rather damage them from a distance than take more damage than necessary.

Having a shield makes it interesting because then you have to time your blocks, and when to do a power attack.

Also, I'm bored arguing about opinions I barely care about. Thanks for trying to keep me entertained though, but I'm going to do something else now.

i did have fun backstabbing a dragon, i have that as a permanent save on my xbox, killed him with a double sneak attack, there's also youtube vids on it, so have fun being a grilled dick slashing at a dragons face i'm sure it's oodles of fun :3

Elemental fury and perfect weapons ensures a kill under a couple of seconds with elemental fury shifting my attacks into maximum over drive (coupled with orc's rage both doubling my armor and dps)

Also, with the incredibly high armor rating I have from my perfectly smithed deadric heavy set, I can punch most dragons in the face to death rather quickly.

Bow and arrow for that.

Isn't on of the points of skyrim that you can play whatever way you want?

Hey man give us mages some love. Have 100 destruction, alteration and enchanting then make robes or armor to give you free destruction, alteration and whatever else you want. Then put paralyze in one hand and incinerate in the other, stun-lock everything (but dragons), ???, profit.

the perk is 15 but there are plenty of gloves that give you double sneak attack damage.

I loot all they have then kill them.

You originally get 15x damage with daggers, then use shrouded gloves to get 30x. Check it if you want.

Already played as an assassin, one hit killing everything sucks the fun out of the entire game. It's got to be at least be a challenge.

You got me. I agree with the 60x damage, it isn't in the sneak skill tree though.

They're pretty fucking strong though. Didn't think I'd have to go into rage mode to take them on.

Exactly. My friends think it's stupid how I play as a wizard(25% enchantments on 4 items, ect.) but I don't really care.

Personally I think playing as a mage is awesome, especially when you get the master level destruction spells.
