i guess i'm stuck in the 80s, then, because my hands are almost always in Horn Formation at shows. granted, that may be because when you're in the crowd for Iron Maiden, Chimaira, Rush, Skindred, and Children of Bodom, there really isn't any other acceptable hand signal.

I just throw my horns up and head bang and i hope that i block the jackass with the camera behind me's view.
Oh god this just reminded me of the Arch Enemy concert in January
The dumb bitch in front of me (who later I saw owning tickets with the band members signature) who was in front row rubbed her smartphone on a shitty game while the opening band played and started texting or something (also playing from time to time) while Arch Enemy played.
I would have killed to be a part of the meet & greet, to get autographs on the ticket or something. I would have killed to be in the front row, banging my brains till I drop dead.
But no, this sorry excuse for a human had to exist. I swear I had the extreme urge to slap that phone out of her hands and crush it under my boot.
And yes, 70-80% of the audience was busy filming the entire concert... forgetting that they're at a death metal concert (IMO they're so busy filming the damn event they forget to actually enjoy it)
I have nothing against people standing on the sides to film or take photos. But not in the middle of the fucking audience, standing like a statue where a moshpit should exist!

I was at my favorite band's concert and I saw EVERYONE had camera's and phones. The girl in front of me was even texting the entire time. Fuck... just enjoy the music

That Yoda hand is pretty much the most awkward thing I have ever seen. Apart from myself that is.
