Listen, I'm also a part a of this generation (your generation) and I don't like to hear that we are the worst generation ever either but in truth, we are, it's not our generation as a whole, there are plenty of intelligent, well informed, responsible young men and women in our generation with the potential to change this world in ways that we never would have thought possible. However, THE VAST MAJORITY of our generation are a bunch of ignorant, irresponsible and just plain stupid people who have no concept of the dire straits that our world is in and so you have these people out there fucking around, they don't care about politics or the economy and the problem is that this majority is what is representing our generation and they are controlling who controls our countries and therefore our world. We can't be angry with people like this man for saying that our generation is the worst on yet because it is the worst one. The only thing that people like you and I can do about it is try our best to make this world what we know it can be and leave behind a better world for our children to inherit from us. Getting mad at the people who raised us makes no logical sense because we do not get everything that makes us who we are from our guardians it is a combination of our guardians, friends and media (especially media these days) when you have a generation of kids looking up to people like Nicki Minaj, Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga, Lil wayne it is to be expected that they are not going to be the kind of people that you can depend upon to change this world. Don't try and drop all the blame for our generations stupidity on other people like our guardians, that is part of what makes our generation so bad, no one wants to accept any sort of responsibility, we are responsible for our own faults and no one else, we are a generations of ignorant fools and it is up to us to try and find a way to fix that.

This is my concern, because i see the cycle going like this;
1. Our generation is born with access to cool stuff (videogames, internet, J-culture, etc) that lit our brains UP.
2. We get ideas a little kids... we want to DO cool stuff.
3. At the same time, we're taught to Obey society and our parents.
4. As we grow up, we continue to waste our time frenetically switching between;
a. Wanting to please our (usually destructive and/or lame) parents
b. Wanting to do well at school/jobs that numb our brains and reduce our potential and waste our time
c. Wanting to make all those cool ideas come true.
5. ...And I'm scared that our generation will end up not getting anything done because the a always fucks over the efforts in c, with b presenting daily challenges.

You're right about how each generation has the Ability to Choose to be lazy or not ---SO--- what I'm trying to do is fight the negative influence of our parents, who, from my point of view, have almost always been a negative force on kids of my generation.

I think that will help kids to stop living in these unhealthy, interdependent love-hate relationships with parents that i see, and will help our generation to start finding its own power and growing up.
