I was born in 94. While to many that wouldn't qualify me as a true 90s kid, I still grew up on Doug, Dexters Lab, Powerpuff Girls, Power Rangers, Robotech and all that fine-ass stuff.
Although most of my favorite cartoons were even older. Popeye, old Disney shorts, and my favorite thing ever was 60's Spider-Man (this being before it was a meme, of course)

For the fucking record... If you were born in the 1990's. You're not a fucking 90's kid.

I was 5 and i remember that night. Huge fireworks show, we made a time capsule for the year 2020. I put in a buzz lightyear and woody toys. My grandfather still had a mustache back then and my dad was skinny. I also remember my mom had hair down to the back of her knees. That same year I got my 2 front teeth knocked out while swimming. Gruesome story, Long story short I got 8 dollars.

For the fucking record... yes you are because literally you were born then, but technically you can't remember shit about it.
I'm pretty sure you're counted if you were born in 90, 91, 92, 93, 94. Maybe 95 but thats pushing it.

I was born in late '94 and I still remember some moments in 98 and 99. I remember our party when the clocks turned to 2000.
I wouldn't call myself a 90s kid though. I started having fun and developing in the early 2000s. And I don't care if I missed anything that occurred in the 90s. I grew up around N64s, PS1s and PS2s, Gamecubes, Xboxes, and an assortment of pivotal video games. I remember how much fun I had playing the first SSB. I grew up when Halo and the first Call of Duty (Finest Hour) showed up. I think that even if I was born earlier in the nineties, I'd still enjoy the 2000s more.
TL;DR
>born in 94
>don't consider myself a nineties kid
>still had a kick-ass childhood

You are only a 90s kid if you remember the 90s. i was born in 94. i wont claim to be a 90s kid because i remember more of the 00s. although i was born in the 90s
You know you're a 90's kid if you think that you weren't ever as stupid as the younger generation.

Well, that's too bad. You're a part of today's generation, there's not a fucking thing you can do to change it. Kids who claim to be "90's" kids when they were born in the late 90's are annoying, not cool - why? Because instead of trying to change the shit that's in your generation, you sit and complain about how you WISH you were born in the previous generation. Instead of trying to get OUT of your generation, stand tall and say, "Yeah, my generation is mostly full of shit, but not entirely because I'M in it. Deal with it, bitches."

Thanks, captain obvious. Go ahead and tell me the month and date while you're at it, too while you rub dicks with all your new generation friends. I dunno about you, but this generation bullshit is just another high school clique. And I'm not defined by your goddamn clique, therefore I am not IN your goddamn clique. Get over it.
As a 90's kid who genuinely despises all the "You're a 90's kid if you..." posts, I would like to say this: I fucking love you, man.
I was born in '93 but I didn't have a lot of the shows that everybody nostalgia's over.
I've seen some of them, but not regularly because I lived in the middle of nowhere with three working channels until I was twelve.
First-world problems.

I was born in 95, so I wouldn't consider myself a 90s kid but I remember I used to love a lot of the stuff on the 90s kids posts like the cartoons and products :P
