If the Packers keep this momentum into the playoffs another title isn't far off. Let's just hope it isn't a short burst of great play.

I want to believe that it's the poor defenses they are playing. I'm hoping that the Patriots will dare GB to run the ball by dropping back players and eliminating Nelson.
User avatar #36490 to #36488 - fuckberries (11/16/2014) [-]
eliminating Nelson?... woof... now Rodgers will have to throw to the 5 other recievers he has...

The Atlanta Falcons are currently in the playoffs at 4-6
They are 0-6 outside their division.

Why is Isreal and Kazakhstan in the UEFA Euro 2016?
User avatar #36485 to #36467 - christmouth (11/16/2014) [-]
In 1954, the Israel Football Association was admitted to the Asian Football Confederation (AFC). In 1974, the Israel Football Association was expelled from the AFC due to political pressure from Arab and Muslim members that refused to play against Israel. In the late 1970s and 1980s, the Israel Football Association was not affiliated with any confederation. During this period, the Israeli national teams were only playing in FIFA competitions occasionally in OFC, UEFA and CONMEBOL qualifying tournaments.
User avatar #36478 to #36467 - jkaizoku (11/16/2014) [-]
Kazakhstan is more european than Asian, at least that's my reasoning.

Israel is there because if they tried to play any team in the middle east, they wouldn't have a team to play with.
User avatar #36465 - hawaiianhappysauce (11/16/2014) [-]
Bullshit call on the Rams. That was a clean hit and there was NO helmet contact. A perfect example of the NFL catering to Peyton's needs. If the Broncos can't play physical then they have no business in the Superbowl.

Sad that it's against the Bucs. I mean, I'm happy they're winning, but at this point it's only going to hurt their draft order.

Muschamp is gone from UF
User avatar #36461 to #36459 - damandan ONLINE (11/16/2014) [-]
As expected. The only reason he got fired was because he converted to the run game too late.

My top 3 coaches to replace him are
1. Jerry Kill (Minnesota HC)
2. Ed Orgeron (fucking nowhere)
3. Dana Holgorsen (West Virginia HC)
4. Rich Rodriguez (Arizona HC)
5. Jim McElwain (Colorado St HC)

#36468 to #36461 - repostsrepost ONLINE (11/16/2014) [-]
His recruiting is collapsing, which is the HC's #1 job. That's the reason you fire him now as opposed to end of season. You can't tell recruits hey, I'm probably not going to be here.

Dan Mullen seems like an interesting choice being a former Florida coach the last time they were really good. Rich Rod and Gundy from Ok State seem like great choices for them too and I hadn't thought of it but Jerry Kill sounds like a pretty good choice.

Now subjectively speaking, If they hire Lane Kiffin it would just make my day.
User avatar #36471 to #36468 - damandan ONLINE (11/16/2014) [-]
No fuck you and fuck Kiffin.

The reason Champ lost recruits was because they lost plain and simple. The last 3 years Florida was the in the top 6 recruiting class. Mullen isn't coming here unless he get a lot of money because boosters were calling for his head at one point.

I really like Kill. If you look what he did to NIU and Minn, he took them from joke to conference contenders.
I'm skeptical on Rod because of Michigan and Florida is another high pressure job

Repostrepost was talking about Arky and FSU. There was some anon a good while back trying to say Ole Miss was overrated and that Everett Golson was gonna win the Heisman

Good for you Arkansas finally getting an SEC win and a good one at that. And I know they're my team and alma mater, but I can't think of a less impressive last undefeated team left this late in the season since 2012 Notre Dame.

I'm not a fan of them but I feel bad for them. So many close games against good teams and still winless in conference. Good for them

I really hope the Minnesota Vikings kill the bears, just so someone gets fired.
#36447 to #36446 - zanntaggerung (11/16/2014) [-]
I would start giggling madly if the whole house falls down in Chicago. Their fans are at least as mad as those who wanted Childress gone.
User avatar #36453 to #36447 - saltyfries (11/16/2014) [-]
tbh I think getting rid of Childress was a bad idea, it was only because of Favre, who tended to be a coach killer (got Ray Rhodes fired, Mike Sherman, Childress of course, and I believe Mangeni), and the fact that Favre and Childress had the locker room split, if Favre never went to Minnesota, Childress imo would still be head coach, and doing a good job, and would've at least had Ponder as a decent QB, remember, he was 10-6 BEFORE Favre.
#36463 to #36453 - zanntaggerung (11/16/2014) [-]
That's basically what I thought-our players were being bitchy and rebelled against the coach instead of correcting their poor play and the organization caved under fan pressure. Similarly, the Bears are desperately trying to deflect the blame off of whiny Cutler, though the fans are a little smarter here. None of that matters today though because the Vikings are awful at this point.
