well, we put up a great fight in that first half, but it looks like we can't keep it up. Fuck the SEC, but good fight Wisconsin, on to the next.

our secondary are playing like boneheads, and we lost 2 defensive linemen, LSU adjusted perfectly to stop our run, and Tanner is playing like a freshmen. LSU plays in SEC, known for big time football, NFL like, any other conference, is shit to them. Wisconsin not to mention hasn't adjusted at all. It's coming back to bite us.
User avatar #32807 - saltyfries (08/31/2014) [-]
y the fuck is Les demanding a ball to be moved to the left for a 2-pt conv? i didn't know you could do that?
User avatar #32810 to #32807 - damandan (08/31/2014) [-]
You can move in anywhere inside the hashmarks
User avatar #32812 to #32810 - saltyfries (08/31/2014) [-]
it seems like cheating, because it allowed them to do that play for the Conversion. If they hadn't moved it, they wouldn't have been able to do that.

FSU's defense is great as always, but the lack of depth at WR as a result of losing Shaw and Benjamin is starting to show. OK St is playing a great game defensively.

LSU vs Wisconsin, I'm fucking nervous, but we just scored so that's nice, but i'm still fucking nervous, LSU is SEC, SEC is notoriously AAA NFL, this is gonna be a barn burner.

man, I'm not watching that game, but good to see Wisconsin playing well against LSU. I've always hoped they'd make it to the next level of competition.

#32804 to #32802 - repostsrepost (08/31/2014) [-]
I wish we could say the same. Winston's great but he needs more receivers he can trust and Karlos Williams isn't doing nearly as good as he did as a backup last year.

I mean as an RB he's playing in the passing game really well lol
User avatar #32763 to #32744 - hawaiianhappysauce (08/31/2014) [-]
actually aaron rodgers is the LEAST clutch quarterback in the nfl right now.
User avatar #32765 to #32763 - saltyfries (08/31/2014) [-]
we've looked amazing this preseason (granted it don't mean much), but A-rod has looked better than ever, our defense was looking good, and we haven't lost too many starters save for Raji. we look damn good this year.
User avatar #32766 to #32765 - hawaiianhappysauce (08/31/2014) [-]
He is the least clutch. Not the least talented. He has only a couple games where he is trailing by more than 2 scores and comes back to win.

User avatar #32767 to #32766 - saltyfries (08/31/2014) [-]
that's partially because we hardly get behind under A-rod, we make sure of that.

User avatar #32775 to #32770 - hawaiianhappysauce (08/31/2014) [-]
so i think it will be an 11-5 or 10-6 season, basically no bye and therefore you will have a bad divisional round against the seahawks or saints.
User avatar #32774 to #32770 - hawaiianhappysauce (08/31/2014) [-]

13. falcons - should win this game
14. bills - should win this too
15. tampa - should win
16. detroit - might lose since detroit i think will have a big year

the only way we'd lose to Detroit at home is if A-Rod is hurt by then among other players, Lions always seem to choke at Lambeau

User avatar #32777 to #32776 - hawaiianhappysauce (08/31/2014) [-]
but the big problem is the defense. Greenbay has a piss poor defense against the run. I was lenient on the vikings losing twice, when they have the best RB in the league.
User avatar #32778 to #32777 - saltyfries (08/31/2014) [-]
actually we're trying to repair that by running more base defense plays instead of 2-4-5 nickels. mainly to combat the run.
User avatar #32779 to #32778 - hawaiianhappysauce (08/31/2014) [-]
work is half of it, you lack the talent though.
#32780 to #32779 - saltyfries (08/31/2014) [-]
idk, again, we looked fantastic again during the preseason, our pass defense played better (especially our 2nd team), run defense does need work, and Pepper and Mathews possibly can compensate. BITCH DON'T BASH MY PACKERS! WE WILL ALWAYS WIN!

I'm picking seattle to win game 1... 43 - 14. That's my pick. A SLAUGHTER. This kind of loss will hurt the spirit of greenbay players and it will hurt their confidence in some of these big games.
User avatar #32782 to #32780 - hawaiianhappysauce (08/31/2014) [-]
problem is that you played oakland... who was lead by Schaub. you played lousy defenses all preseason. the patriots scored 30 on carolina in week 3, the "dress rehearsal" of the preseason. They also gave up 1 touchdown near the end. what did oakland do? Score 21 and have their poor defense allow over 30.

#32801 to #32784 - mr skeltal (08/31/2014) [-]
Speaking of the NL Central, the Brewers will have to watch out for the Pirates as well. As long as the Cardinals lose, I don't really care who wins the division
User avatar #32785 to #32784 - hawaiianhappysauce (08/31/2014) [-]
im concerned about seattle the most. They look like a team that wont lose any games. Their offense has improved dramatically. Their defense is the best in the league. They will probably go at least 14-2 this season.
User avatar #32786 to #32785 - saltyfries (08/31/2014) [-]
they also just got fined for over practicing, they'll come back down, but I agree that they'll still be beasts.
User avatar #32787 to #32786 - hawaiianhappysauce (08/31/2014) [-]
over practicing? Like practicing outside of practice?
User avatar #32788 to #32787 - saltyfries (08/31/2014) [-]
nope, just practicing longer than scheduled, too much contact, and too many padded practices. The team got fined $300k
User avatar #32791 to #32788 - hawaiianhappysauce (08/31/2014) [-]
I think the NFL makes these rule changes for 3 reasons: 1. To weaken seattle. 2. To give peyton a superbowl. 3. fantasy football, more points = more fun (idiotic idea)
User avatar #32793 to #32791 - saltyfries (08/31/2014) [-]
I also really hate how Goodell is pushing so hard for a team in London. It just won't work until the Super Sonic Jet comes back. The only reason he wants one there is for money, which even then he's fooling himself as England prefers Soccer and Cricket to NFL.
User avatar #32789 to #32788 - hawaiianhappysauce (08/31/2014) [-]
i see that as the nfl's way to try to prevent seattle from winning. Lets face it. The NFL only cares about the product of football, and since Seattle has a tendency to make people angry, they are trying to eliminate them from the superbowl.
User avatar #32790 to #32789 - saltyfries (08/31/2014) [-]
yeah, they were practicing about as much as teams would BEFORE the new CBA.
User avatar #32773 to #32770 - hawaiianhappysauce (08/31/2014) [-]
I'm going to go through the schedule of Greenbay and look at what might be in store for you based on the speculations.
1. @ Seattle - almost a guarantee loss
2. vs. Jets - You should win this
3. @ Lions - you might lose this because they made improvements in offense and might win in a shootout.
4. @ bears - you better win this because it's cutler and he sucks, but he has a ton of weapons offensively and the GB defense might make it another shootout.
5. vs. vikings - should win, just pray AP doesn't have a crazy game against a poor running defense
6. @ dolphins - should win because Tanehill has not impressed me at all
7. vs. Panthers - you should win even though their defense is elite, they have lost their best offensive weapons.
8. @ saints - loss. The saints are very good at home, brees is elite, the defense is elite, the offensive weapons are good. This won't be a win
9. vs. Bears - win via cutler choke
10. Vs. Eagles - I'm really up in the air on this one. Eagles have a high tempo offense that might tire that GB defense. Foles doesn't make a ton of mistakes and their running game is elite. But their defense might wet the bed. I will give it to greenbay with the experienced players.
11. @ vikings - win
12. vs. Patriots - They will lose especially if the patriots defense is healthy / on par with seattle (revis, browner, mayo, wilfork, dennard, mccorty). And with a tight end like gronk on the team (hopefully) there will be some big mismatches for the defense.
User avatar #32771 to #32770 - hawaiianhappysauce (08/31/2014) [-]
Here is why I think green bay might be in trouble, and it's not rodgers fault. The defense is still going to need help. opening day is going to be tough to watch for you because Seattle will beat you big time. Seattle looks like a powerhouse team right now.
User avatar #32772 to #32771 - saltyfries (08/31/2014) [-]
that's true, but I think the Fail Mary is a big motivator this year for the Packers to come back. I'm not confident either about this game, but maybe, JUST maybe, we'll get to Russel with Peppers or Matthews.
User avatar #32762 to #32744 - hawaiianhappysauce (08/31/2014) [-]
you should be more nervous about greenbay. Iron Rank predicted they win the division with a 7-9 record. Not sure what they are smoking but, they might have an off year.
