The High King also asked for a match, Ulfric and the High King both agreed that whoever survived would be High King. So Ulfric killed him. That class, is why I support the Stormcloaks!

corundum (07/05/2012) [-] Ulfric's lying about the High King challenging him. Also, the Thalmor are threatening to continue killing everyone unless the Imperials enforce those laws. It's "everyone dies or you arrest some people." The Thalmor undoubtedly have the upper hand, so fighting them at this point won't do anything. Ya know why they're outlawing Talos worship? So Skyrim breaks away from the Empire, which makes it easier to wipe humans from the face of the planet.
