And when that happens on Tour, I don't really see it as them "opening" I just see it as the set order. They're both great bands and both popular. And who knows, they might do what the Metal Alliance Tour did and use local bands as openers.

but i was there when they were like Chelsea Grin and they were great to listen to. and you could tell who was a fan.
but now, all these scene kids are all over ADTR and the band's fanbase turned into 12 year old scene girls.

turboplague (07/04/2012) [-] I really hate that... I started listening to ADTR when they came out with "For Those Who Have Heart" and have listened to them since. I love ADTR, but I was driving yesterday with my girlfriend and her 11 year old sister (who wants to go to warped tour only to see T Mills and Machine Gun Kelly) was like "Turn it up I love this band!" when my A Day to Remember CD came on.

This to all the people who say Asking alexandria sucks and nicki minaj was never called an inspiration. your missing the point this is a broad view of the music industry how people like her are extremley huge and all she has to do is look good. when you got people like danny worsnop or any other metal artists they have to work hard for what they are now. but they are viewed as lower than people like nicki minaj.

Do you get stuff that's created on a computer? No, you get the hard work of a guitarist and drummer, limited only by their own skill. When you hear a guitarist pull off an amazing solo you think "holy shit, someone actually played that".
Do you get names like "One Direction"? No, you get Sabaton, Avantasia, Iron Maiden, Disturbed (though whether they're metal or just very heavy rock has been disputed several times), names that let you know what you're about to listen to.
