Might have been some real pain olympics, but the most hardcore (the ones with the dicks and ball) were absolutely fake. It's actually real easy to see when you get over the whole shock thing. In fact is was just and edited online commercial for a group of people who liked to mutelate their own bodies in a far less extreme manner, if I remember correctly.
