No drive-by's, this is no fast food joint. Dr. Danco cuts a person, from each joint, keeping them completely awake via IV, and patching them up, taking weeks to finish his mission. He hangs a mirror above your head, and firmly places your head so that you can see and feel every little cut and incision. And to keep you from shutting your eyes or screaming, he surgically removes your eye-lids, teeth, lips, and tongue. By the time he is done, you are nothing but a torso with a head that can never again blink. He doesn't kill you, he kept you alive during his 'operation' and then calls the police to the then abandoned residence. A victim could live years in that state, having observed everything that has happened, and being unable to speak in anyway to identify his monster.
I wish people were more 'creative.'
