Then you have grounds to sue.

However, if the image was taken by somebody you know and you allowed it, and they later got that image and uploaded it, it is not an invasion of privacy as you allowed the picture to be taken.

If they took a picture of you through your window without you knowing it, then yes that is invasion of privacy.

Also, it's the internet and being able to find the original person who took/uploaded the photos would be difficult and most prosecutors wouldn't want to take the time to deal with it.

The pictures taken of me has been taken without me knowing it, granting permission of it and without me knowing them being posted online.

I just want his access to FJ gone and get him banned from here, if it happens again I will not hesitate to sue, and I already have saved the proof of what has been done.

i dont spam other people at all. i dont repost. i dont proxy. all i do is put a link in my description box. thats it. i provide funny content, a one link. here's an idea... don't click the links. plus, the links i put dont obstruct viewing of content, comments, and/or site navigation at all. to wit, i'm not spamming at all. ESPECIALLY compared to the real trolls and spammers that down vote all day and repost, and repeat material constantly. sorry man, but i'm truly not the issue. odds are youre the type of user who would down vote me regardless of the post content at all, simply because i put a link up. i don't point fingers on this site. nor should you, when what i do does not take away from the enjoyment of the content.
