Uhhh, I don't know, maybe it's because plants absorb water?
what annoyed me: Ash's Charizard is stubborn to Ash, does he not remember the time Ash saved his life?

I think it was the whole thing like with the games that if it levels up too much, and you don't have enough badges, it will disobey...
Obviously it would seem stupid in the anime if he had to get a certain amount of badges to train Charizard, but it was more to do with the fact that Charizard didn't respect his trainer's abilities as a Pokemon trainer.
Then when Charizard was sick, and Ash stayed up all night rubbing Charizard's skin to keep him warm with the friction (to the point that his hands were blistered and almost bleeding) he saw his capability and care.

I wouldn't call it a trade, because the other trainer got nothing in return, but Charmander was abandoned, meaning that it was previously owned.
It would have the same problem as a traded Pokemon, rather than a wild one that Ash caught on his own.

Well I think that the logic of the anime is that you need to earn the Pokemon's trust.
Yes, Ash saved Charmander's life, but it will obviously have a rebellious attitude towards any trainer after the way it was treated (e.g. Horribly)
And there was also Ash's Mankey/Primeape. It would tend to attack Ash and lose it's temper, but eventually Ash earned its trust when it was thrown to the ground and Ash jumped in the way so it wouldn't get hurt.

none of you have a good memory, remember, when a pokemon evolves it becomes a completely different pokemon, charizard wouldn't even remember being a charmander, don't you guys remember why ash didn't want pikachu to evolve? he didn't want to lose his friend

He didn't want Pikachu to evolve because Pikachu refused to; Ash wasn't going to do anything like that to Pikachu, because they are friends, the same way he doesn't like to force Pikachu into the Pokeball like most other trainers would probably have attempted to do.
Also, that's bullshit. If all Pokemon that evolved had no memory of its previous form, or its trainer (if it has one) then it wouldn't want to be with this newly found stranger.
You are the one that lacks a good memory, as there is an episode with an evolved Remoraid (Evolved into an Octillery) in which his friends would no longer be friends with it, as they didn't know it was their old Remoraid friend, but he obviously had memory of them because he was upset by the fact that his old friends would no longer stay with him.
And if you would remember, as I mentioned before, there is the fact that during Ash's rubbing of Charizard to keep him warm, Charizard started to reflect on his past, including his time as both Charmander and Charmeleon, as he started to evaluate the amount of trust he could put into Ash.

I was so confused by it at first.
I mean, it kept restarting the story, and then everything happened differently.
I was just like "Wait... That didn't happen... They met Miss Takano AFTER the festival, on the night... Not before." and "Wait... But she didn't have a twin last time?! WHAT THE FUCK IS HAPPENING?!"

I'm going to assume you never watched the original series because you're most likely 12 years old. If you DID watch it, you'd remember the episode Ash got his Charmander.
In this episode, the Charmander was waiting on a rock for his douchebag trainer who left him to die. The rain was causing his tail fire to burn out, this would cause him to DIE.
RAIN hurts fire types.
The move RAIN DANCE does not, because all it does is make water attacks stronger.
And because it's in the GAME, it is not canon.

what he is saying is that, sure, fire is pretty scary. and sure, water may freak you out when if your tail goes out, you die. but, since squirtle is a water pokemon, (there for plants are his weakness) hes afraid of autumn.
Not the Autumnal season!!!
The autumnal!
Autumnal
Am i missing something here?
