erm, mass effect 2, mass effect 3, L.A. noire (requires 3 discs), max payne 3, the witcher 2... that's all i can remember off the top of my head, and since the ps3 uses blu ray all those games i just mentioned are stored on one disc, apart from the witcher 2 (it's a 360/PC exclusive right now).

not trying to bash the 360, hell it's my preferred console, i'm just informing...

Red Dead Redemption, though not a proper example, came with two disks. One for the main game, one for the Multiplayer and Undead Nightmare.

I have one disk for Red Dead Redemption and I have multiplayer and the Undead Nightmare thing.
