Surely he would let the parents know beforehand that he wanted to visit their son and they would be in on the secret as well. I doubt the parents relay every social media post to their kid. It would be a bit rude to just show up unexpectedly to some stranger's house and expect to spend the day with a kid and his family.

coming from an eagles fan here, i am so glad brandon jacobs left, and you guys should be too because we caused him to fumble so many times along with ahmad bradshaw. And since the 49ers are my second favorite team, im glad he went there because they could use a big fat runningback to plow through all those defenders! frank gore is good but too small! Now i believe the giants have no chance at the division. We all know the redskins have a draft bust in RGIII (i personally think this, not from anybody like mcnabb) because he seems like a first year mike vick, his worst years ever. We all know the Cowboys have romo the homo who cant pick it up in crunch time. I believe that the giants are the only semi-threat to the eagles winning the division this year. Sorry Giants fans, cowboys fans get over it you know im right, and redskins fans shut up because you traded too much for RGIII, shoulda waited til you got the 1st pick.

I don't know the last time you watched football but Jacobs has done VERY little the past year or two. He hurt his ankle and he never was the same, never hitting people but trying to dodge them. He use to be a beast, mainly in '07 but has been quickly getting worse ever since :/

typical cocky eagles fan. there's a reason y'all have a grand total of 0 superbowl rings. throwing money at free agents doesn't win championships and this year is no different. nnamdi is simply average in schemes other than what he was in oakland where he played one side of the field, DRC is good in press but gets burned on the regular, demeco ryans can't stay healthy otherwise the texans never woulda traded him. your offensive line is still absolute dogshit, michael vick is still going to be on his ass 95% of the time, and you're still coming out of this year without a championship.
