What happened to her family? Surely they kept in touch after you stopped that, right? I honestly would of done the same god-damn thing, I can't imagine the rage I would feel if this happened to me, I'm getting ******* pissed thinking about it. (Pic no longer a period joke to me)

I disagree. Would have been different if he was forced to kill him, but in the story it seems like he took control from the robber. At this point he was at OP's mercy and killing him would only serve as a form of vengeance, though granted OP was hyped up on adrenaline and confusion.

Although to be fair, if he didn't kill him he would have passed out, though he could have slided the gun to gf's family or something.

yeah but assuming it was a grown man, and that OP was younger, the struggle for the gun must have taken a good amount of time, so if the attacker got up, he probably could've overpowered OP and got the gun back

Maybe. Guys are basically almost grown at age 16, might be stronger than that guy.

Well, no. I mean, yeah.. I wouldn't want the son of a bitch to live, but hey! If I managed to charge him, take his gun etc. etc. I'dd shoot him in his goddamn knees, and raped him with a ************* cactus standing in my basement. Then, when I calmed down I would consider ending his pain. All this, cuz I love my loved ones.

There's a reason that it's legal to shoot a person that has illegally broken into your home. It's because it's already a given that your life is in danger, so it's always self-defense.

Think of it like this. Usually self-defense laws talk about how you cannot escalate it. He pointed a gun at them, so it's fairly clear his life was in danger. He was shot at, with of course the intention was that he would die, so him killing someone for an attempted murder would seem rational.

Really? the le? that's it? You guys are so ******* biased. I didn't put le in le like le after le every le word. I can get how that's ******* annoying, but I used it once. It's a habit.
