the show has some very mature moments... many ppl say that it's too mature for kids.. and it has nothing to do with "The legend Of Korra"... It's a nice show but it takes a lot of time to watch it...

I highly advice you to do it.
The show is well thought out, to the point of the creators even consulting martial arts experts to get the fighting realistic. The story is very dynamic, with no pointless filler episodes and there are no occurrences of anyone inexplicably being worse at something than they usually are for the sake of the story. It is also full of small, clever gags, which are smoothly incorporated into each scene.

It's an awesome cartoon, good story good morals, kick ass animation. It gives someone a lot to appreciate if they are into that kind of thing. Characters are great, mainly good feels i recommend watching.

not completely accurate. an airbender must master 36 tiers of airbending OR invent a new airbending technique. Aang himself had mastered 35 tiers and got his arrows after inventing the air scooter
