i've recently started making YouTube videos. I've made 2 but more are on the way. my most amount of views is about 22. how do i made my videos better known. they aren't all that great compared to most of the more famous you-tubers but they are something.

I did it with 'Surprise Surprise' by Billy Talent and got over 20,000 views, on top of that, my other videos started getting more views without the link in the description, so I'd imagine if you do link your videos they'll get lots more.
Also, add as many people as contacts as you can on youtube.

sheepysquirrel (05/11/2013) [-] So I have recently been to 2 different psychiatrists (I see one to discuss life and my mental health and the other to do the same but he also prescribes me medication while the other can't, I think she is just a therapist or something idk) and I have been told by the one that I have schizophrenia, paranoia, and dissociative disorder.
She wants to put me on meds for the paranoia to see if it will help and possibly get rid of the dissociative thing too. (she wants me on meds for the schizophrenia but it's not so bad that it impacts my daily life too bad)
But my issue is, that I am afraid to get on the meds because I've always been the way I am and am afraid I may become a different person than who I am and who people know me to be.
Any advice on what to do? :I

thedumbledore (05/11/2013) [-] I understand how you feel. I was terrified when I started meds, I was worried I would end up some boring ass, unimaginative empty shell. Truth is, it's not often like that. You DO change to an extent, but you will not lose any of your redeeming qualities.
What could paranoia possibly add to your life and friendships that is positive, after all.
It might take a little time getting used to your own feelings and self while on medicine, but I would just ask your friends and family if you have changed. I thought I was acting waaay to excitable, but my friends assured me I was exaggerating.
As someone else said, it's not a commitment. Give it maybe two months (longer if you are prescribes SSRI's) and see how you feel in yourself and how others are perceiving the medicated you. If you don't like it, stop. Talk to the therapist and you can either continue without medication or they can prescribe a different one.
There are SO many types of medication used to treat these things. Each may have a different effect on you, so don't give up if you do not like the first one.

I already have issues differing what is real and what isn't and I am not depressed but my family has a history of depression so if I start realizing what is real I could end up all depressed.

Cause (assuming you live in america based on mentioning your age) most people here seem to start drinking at like 14 anyway so they may presume you do.
If you don't, just let them know that before heading over. Or invite a friend along with you so you don't get ganged up on.

I need some help with something. Im feeling very conflicted but i dont know what the best choice with me...
Awhile ago, i broke up with the love of my life. He had just hurt me a lot, in quite a few ways. But i loved him immensely, i was just tired of getting hurt.
That was about a month and a half ago, a little bit after i broke up with him, i started dating this other guy. Through out the entire time, i could never stop thinking about my ex, every day and night, when i woke up and went to sleep. which sounds dramatic, i know, but Im really being serious about it. I also couldnt really be myself in fron of anyone else other than my ex, Im a weird girl with some weird tendencies. He accepted me for them and loved me for them. I just didnt get the feeling that i was fully accepted with anyone else so I have a few closed of areas not known by anyone else. I just didnt feel open with them.
Awhile ago, i broke up with the love of my life. He had just hurt me a lot, in quite a few ways. But i loved him immensely, i was just tired of getting hurt.

I have this problem of locking up my feelings or ignoring them at times, i make myself do that, because i was trying to forget about him and my problems.
They kept growing and growing though, and i could never forget about him or them.
I broke up with the other guy, because he was getting feelings for me where I knew id just end up hurting him.
So, around a week ago, we had both been struggling on whether or not we should stop talking to eachother, because it was hurting me and he needed to get over me. I sort of snapped and gave up fighting against my feelings and told him I'd try with him again. I didnt want to stop talking with him and lose him forever. I couldnt trust him, and he said that he would try to get my trust back so we could be together again, because, you know, no relationship without trust.

Thing is, before that, he had sex with 3 different girls, at seperate times, and he was still talking to the third one when we decided that. He was starting to like her, and they talked on skype a lot. They still did at the time. Though he told me that it wasnt the same, and that everytime she reacted to something, he'd notice that that was how i wouldnt react and think things similar to that, wishing it was me.
Some things happened since last week, and now we're in a relationship (though i still have trouble trusting) We've gone back into the exact same setting that we had before we broke up, like nothing ever happened, although we still talk about it.
But i just keep feeling like Im holding him back. Like he wouldve been happier with that third girl, Ashley, and would have eventually forgotten about me. Not to mention he could actually be with her, unlike me. He wouldnt feel lonely with her, or have any of the hurt that our relationship causes. Its a long distance relationship...
Some things happened since last week, and now we're in a relationship (though i still have trouble trusting) We've gone back into the exact same setting that we had before we broke up, like nothing ever happened, although we still talk about it.

So. there is a lot of burden that comes with it... but we know that if we do make it together, and are eventually permanently physically together, than we will be really happy, and that its worth the risks. We've actually met eachother and have been together, but in accumulative time its really only been 2 weeks out of the 2 years that we have been talking.
Back on point, Today Ashley kept on texting him, trying to get him the hang out with her, and probably so that they could have sex, but he told me that he was saying no to her. He's completely ditching her for me, and i hate it. I feel like i ruined that for him, that potential, when he couldve been happier with that and forgotten about me and the pain i caused him.
All my brain can think is what doooo, while it rips its conflicting self to shreds.
