and this was my first day running again and im glad i did this, to show that if i dont act now, it will get worse
im 5'7'' around 225 lbs. :/ but tomorrow im goint to go for 1.30 miles (and extended 15 to an hour)

I don't have an overhead leg press.

Only started deadlifting a couple weeks ago, and only really got the technique last week, so I think I can crack that up to 150kg in a month or two.

Squats, I'm just fucking horrible at, I'm finally at a very stable 100kg, so I'm going to force myself into doing more and more.

Bench presses, well they're my bitch really, a lack of training dropped me from 100kg to 90kg, but I'm happy to be there.

I've only BP'd about 2twice in my life. I don't know how much weight I'd be able to push.

I need to improve my squat and deadlift massively.

My bench press is around 80kg, my squat and deadlift are only at 100kg. I just can't seem to break that barrier. That's doing 3*8, and I usually struggle getting the full 8's out tbh

Do jumps with the weight in each hand onto something. Work your way up to 20 jumps for 24" with as much weight as you can hold. Here's an old pic of my quad, they look more defined now and I might post a picture once I can find a free bathroom but I load up as much weight as I can rep for 5 - 8 reps, then I rep until about 12 reps, then I deload the weight and rep until I hit 20.

The best I can think of it do a shit ton of squats with those dumbells on your shoulders. But that's not really gonna work too well, might give you a great ass though. Get a gym membership if you can.

Do you stretch/warm up before your workouts? Not stretching can be a cause for spasms.

Also, make sure you are well-hydrated. Drink a good amount of water before your workouts, and of course drink during/after your workouts as well. If you drink a bit too much, the worst of your problems will be that you'll have to pee a lot for a day.

Pandas is right about the potassium being a possible problem as well.

Sometimes, but it's usually from a "supplement". Eat a banana or orange, might just be low on potassium. Magnesium and Taurine if that doesn't help.

Cardio for fat loss, go for runs.

To make muscle more visible, one must cut. Try Scoobies work shop for cutting meal plans. However, don't cut unless you've bulked up over winter. If you wish to remain skinny but get ripped, try swimming.

Certainly not with that attitude. I kid. Seriously though, there is no way to spot reduce fat on your body. It is the whole thing or not at all. What is your target?

In regard to abs work out I usually go with Russian twists x30, bicycles crunches x15, plank 1 min then repeat for 4 sets. I also do obliques (the muscles on either side of the abdominals) but a weight is required for these.

You can't target certain areas. It's impossible to spot reduce. You've got to eat well and at a calorie deficit (i.e. more out than in) while exercising well. I recommend long distance running for losing mass. It strips the meat off your bones.
