Hungarian music was actually the in thing at that time. (Fake, not real)

Beethoven has some hungarian influences in his 9th symphony
Brahms was introduced to hungarian music by Joseph Joachim, you could look at his violin concerto (actually brahms hungarian dance no. 5 takes a small motif from Joachim) and maybe other people Joachim knew at the time.

Exactly. Say what you want, but they hold up to their promises.

Not exactly like them, but try those:
Astroid Boyz (WAY more HipHop, bit of Dubstep, too, but it still has that badass Hardcore-vibe) (Try "Dusted" or "Badass")
Madball (One of the main-influences on ROTNS. Hardcore with Thrash Influences) (Try "Beast")
Dr. Living Dead (Just like ROTNS, they mix Hardcore and Thrash, but they do it in a completely different direction. Think Suicidal Tendencies) (Try "World War Nine" or "My Brain is for Sale")
Deez Nuts (It´s trash. It´s shit. But it´s fun. Hardcore with that Rap-Attitude that ROTNS have) (Try "Shot after Shot", "Party like there´s no tomorrow" or "Band of Brothers")
Your Demise (Yet again, upbeat Hardcore mixed with Poppunk this time) (Try "Golden Age", "The Kids we used to be" or "These Lights" (these lights is pure pop punk, tho, but definitely a pleasure worth the guilt))

But amongst these, I think that Madball would be the best shot. The whole Empire-Record especially reminds me of ROTNS.

Nu Metal? Dunno much about that genre, but they actually play straight-up Hardcore with heavy Thrash and Rap-Influences.

But yeah, other then that, they´re pretty much weeaboos. Still like they´re stuff, tho, because most songs manage to really get me pumped.

Well, I listen to a shitload of Blackmetal. Underground Black Metal, by that. I´m far over cringing about what the music I like is about. Some bands can only be enjoyed if you ignore how plain retaded their members are. Also some of the mangas that ROTNS sing about are pretty neat. Vagabond for example is more a piece of art then weeaboo-shit.

Do that. I guess, tho, that most will not be to your liking, too much. Too raw. You might like Aaskereia and Heimdalls Wacht, tho, I think both worked together with Coldworld at some point. Not too sure, tho, might be confusing something.

NS Black Metal is plain retarded. That´s what I was talking to beforehand - Sometimes I just need to ignore the bandmembers and the lyrics, especially what BM is concerned. Sadly there is quite some Stuff in this direction that isn´t all that bad-sounding. Stuff like Wehrhammer or more propaganda-volksmusik-like stuff like Absurd or Leichenzug. I always feel kinda bad for enjoying it, but well - as long as I don´t turn racist, I don´t see a bigger problem. And turning racist would be rather hard considering my absolute love for exotic women.

Yeh. Although I haven´t met any core elitists yet - at least not outside of a desolated-concert. The german scene is brimming with bm-elitists, tho. I´ve actually been in fights because I looked the wrong way or wore the wrong shirt to a show, it´s getting ridiculous around here.

I kinda enjoy BmtHs new record, I really dig Attila when I´m drinking and BAAO aren´t as bad as they seem live.

Consider yourself lucky. They´re one of the few groups of elitists that get violent. Probably due to their ties to neonationalists (seriously, those groups melt together more and more)...just 2 examples: I had to nearly knock out a guy at Ragnaroek-Open-Air because I went there straight from University and he decided that he had to "rid his scene from hipster-faggots". Second one was a Nargaroth-Concert that was actually stopped by police with several cars and dogs. THEY BROUGHT THE FUCKING DOGS... because the concert location was directly under a disco and several guys thought it would be nice to start a fight and kicked in 3 guys who wanted to go to the disco.
Seriously, it´s fucked up. I don´t even go to concerts of this genre anymore because it´s becoming plain dangerous if you choose the wrong day or crowd.

You´re actually not missing out too much. At least not in Germany, the crowd might be different elsewhere. Mostly people just stand around arms crossed and look evil.

Iambic penameter. Iambic pentameter is the refuge of hack poetry and rap alike. As you've probably noticed, a vast vocabulary is not a trademark of hip-hop. Well... let me rephrase that, a complex vocabulary is not a trademark of hip-hop. Plus, add to that that it's almost customary to be grammatically incorrect, drop syllables and just change pronunciations and you haven't got to do much. Do iambic pentameter and add some sort of emphasis. A very common variation is to add two stressed syllables -since you're only speaking and not singing you can add stress at will even if the syllable itself doesn't have it- in the down beat. Also, and this applies to normal song writing as well: if it has more than three syllables it is most advisable to leave that word out. It can work, but it's probably not the best route to take.

"a vast vocabulary is not a trademark of hip-hop. Well... let me rephrase that, a complex vocabulary is not a trademark of hip-hop" - I don´t know where you get that from, HipHop is quite possibly the genre that uses the most complex and widest vocabulary. Only Spoken Word is more lyric-based and spoken word and hiphop kinda fuse at some point.

I agree it's mostly poetry. Guess what? Most poetry doesn't have a complex vocabulary either. Go back and read "The Hollow Men". One of the best poems written? Absolutely. The vocabulary is still on level of a fifteen year old. Because complex, doesn't equal good. And hip-hop doesn't require you to leap at its defence against people that aren't attacking it.

I´m not "leaping at hiphops defence" - I´m arguing because I find it strictly idiotic when people judge things without knowing about half of it. That´s just plain retarded. I for example don´t know jackshit about Dubstep - so you´ll never hear me talk about it like I do. You obviously don´t know to much about HipHop or you wouldn´t be spouting phrases like you do - and that´s why you might want to step back from talking about it.
It´s not really a matter of the musical genre. It could be about metal, it could be a bout quantum physics - if you don´t really know enough about a subject, you shouldn´t try to make others think that you do.

Prove me wrong, then. Because what you're saying is on the level of arguing agaisnt someone saying that Metal is mostly composed of small melodic bits known as riffs intead of more traditional chord progressions. It's an inarguable fact. Most Hip-Hop doesn't have a complex vocabulary. Because most music does not. Because the same is of most people. The same is true of most poets, and the same is true of most writers, including me.

A complex vocabulary is complex for a reason. That reason being that language exists to comunicate and as it becomes increasingly complicated it takes more effort from your interlocutor to depicher what the fuck you're banging on about. Therefore very few people actually bother to build a vast and complex vocabulary. And even among those who do, they will choose to forfeit that vocabulary in favour of clarity and simplicity. It's an accomplishment in and of itself, sure, but it's not a goof thing always. Particularly not when creating art very dependant on rhythm of speech.

So I reiterate myself: I stand by my statement that most of anything that's written on our level is not in any way complex when it comes to vocabulary. Because you and I are retards with a basic lexicon. Prove me wrong, then. Show me that, if not the rule, it is fairly common for hip-hop to use a vocabulary beyond most people's capabilities.

Yet again, I already told you names.

I´m not arguing with most things you said, but contrary to most other genres, Rap uses the play with words as a way to express itself. And even if it makes you sound like a pseudointellectual twat, you´ll need to have a big array of big words ready to use if you want to play with words. That´s how the more intelligent parts of rap work. I never said that a vast vocabulary is better or worse, but it´s a given that you need one if you want to succeed in the parts of a genre where wordplay is a means of success.

But here's the operative word: a vast vocabulary is not a complex one. You could fill a paper sheet with two hundred-well you couldn't, but it's a figure of speech- different basic adding problems. That sheet is still not complex to solve.

It's not that its bad, its just I don't know the format of how to actually write music lyrics / rap /lyrics if someone can give me a break down of it or a website or something like that, it would be great.

well the thing is you're able to do whatever the fuck you want mainly because rap is so diverse and has the hipster subgenre and shit like that, so it doesn't have to really follow any "form"
