you are better off just asking exactly what you want. if it sounds like something someone wants to spent their free time on they will. Post everything you want so you don't flood the board.

Well, depending on the style of animation you want to do, the form is going to change. For example, there is a huge difference between Beauty and the Beast and South Park.

Flash cartoons, south park, archer all use character rigging so you really just need to come up with a simple illustration and create symbols. In this case characters can be a little more detailed since the animator doesn't need to remember about all the minor details.

Since you're asking for an animating style I'll assume you mean traditional western animation where we use a lot of geometric shapes for consistency as well as suggesting gesture.

differentiating sexes comes with practice when drawing. There are just simply to many subtle differences but luckily with cartoons you don't need to be to picky. But some tips are narrow shoulders. With men the shoulders are usually broad and wider than the hip. With females the shoulders are about the same width as the hips and thighs usually expand past the hip width. Animations are all about gesture so if you were to strip down you character to the skeleton the poses should also give away gender.

Cartoons are exaggerations so if you have a good understanding of basic anatomy you can just guess what to emphasize. For example when I draw in a cartoon style I still use a skeleton to figure out dimensions and then just add cartoon elements. That's what I did with the image I uploaded. Then again you can go even more geometric and just forget human anatomy to create something completely different (like the last image.)

well its for a girl i like. i wanted to draw her in a kind of gothic feel. I dont know if you ever heard of jab comics but I wanted body type like in his comics (hes a porn comic guy but i always liked his animation style). HE has nice body features but i would probably want a more realistic face for the girl

the picture i want is for reference so i can draw her myself. But i need someone skilled to kinda do the things then i can clean it up when i hand draw it.

basically shes a goth girl with a few tattoos so i want it to be a bit dark. Like i said in aniamtion style like jab with a few more details. She's really into rockabilly dresses so thats the dress i want to put her in with high heels and her hair up. i was also thinking of putting a tombstone in the picture. I just want to capture her sexiness and her gothic 40s pinup kind of style.

i didnt really expect to get anyone but its what i wanted so yeah you can see my limitations for drawing and i dont want to wait 2 years til i learn to draw to be able to do this :)
