be careful choosing the fish and reptiles, dont want them eating each other.
and you need to make sure the the reptile can live near saltwater/use freshwater.
also you need some sort of filter,
also if the lid is solid, how will you put in the food?

I'm not an artist, so I can't really give you professional feedback, but her face seems...off. Not that it looks bad; in fact it looks really good, but given the scene in the picture i feel like she should have a more intense look, rather than a helpless one. If that makes sense.

Shading can make all the difference.
If you're working on art in Photoshop, use vector shapes to allow resizing without making it blurry.
