I DLed Planetarian though, so I'm hoping that it will be good since the others haven't really impressed me. I wish it wasn't such a pain in the ass to install VNs though or I would have already played Chaos Head, which I also heard good things about.

-Bleach www.mangareader.net/bleach Only after the Arrancar arrival does the art start to pick up. I personally love the art, and Kubo is one of my personal Idols for his style.
-Histories Strongest Disciple Kenichi. http://www.mangareader.net/337/historys-strongest-disciple-kenichi.html. I love HSDK's artwork (also starting from a later point) Because its extremely traditional. Everything is done in water colours and pencil, with only very little actual ink, I feel that this way, the tradition of the first mangas stay alive.
-Berserk. Whilst Berserk is NOT among my favourite mangas, and although I personally don't enjoy the style, I do have to admit that the art work is incredibly detailed and well done. Very appealing.

My personal favorite is Battle Angel Alita, especially since there was a shit ton of shading and detail put into the characters, and there was almost always a background in the panels, unlike some manga. Otoyomegatari is probably as close to an objective best that I have seen (holy shit those tapestries), but I'm sure some would disagree. Pic related.

Yeah it was about the mobster who would do anything for money. I thought it was exceptional for Kishimoto because the characters where much more dynamic and unpredictable then anyone from Naruto... and he did a great job on those backgrounds lol.

Yo, I'd appreciate some anime recommendations. I've watched and enjoyed Hajime no Ippo, Gintama, FMA, DBZ(on account of its plot and char development), Bleach, Attack on Titan,Bebop, Champloo, FLCL, Blue Exorcist, Code geass, Death Note, One Piece and others. What I enjoy the most is the type of comedy seen in Hajime no Ippo and Gintama, the mood or overall feel of shows and their characters like in Bebop and Champloo (the kind of shows that feel bittersweet, at least at the end), and interesting animation styles, or good action scenes present in many of the above. Also I am generally infuriated by moe, and overly cutesy girls as well as types like Nami, who, while useful is still an annoying, money grubbing whore. Thank you to anyone who takes the time to read this, and to anyone who contributes to me finding something to watch while I wait for my friends to graduate (finishing HS 2 weeks early isn't really all it's cracked up to be)
