i like this, but you know there will still be people that won't listen to your guidelines... everyone probably knows that. i don't go to ponytime that much, i only watch it when it comes across (sometimes). but this gives me a better reason to give more attention to it.

I like this, but the lack of arguing in the comment section has prompted me to make a more volatile list.

1) Sometimes posts deserve red thumbs. Don't encourage people to post shit content just because you want to be nice to your fellow bronies. Tough love is still love.

2) Your 'coming-out' story is stupid and repetitive. You watch a tv show. It's not a big deal unless you make it one.

3) No one cares about your black and red/blue alicorn who has the power to have all the powers. The only joke ever in one of these posts is that you think your pony is cool. Ha.

4) Shut the fuck up about haters if they don't bother you. What are you, ICP fans?

5) Considering that most of the comment pictures as content are also about haters, I have a strong belief that haters really do get to you. If they didn't, you would ignore them.

6) If the song has been out for a month, it's been posted here several times. No exceptions.

7) Don't be that guy who uploads 15 of the same picture recolored to pretend that it's different. I hate that fuck. Seriously, fuck him.

8) I cannot stress enough how much artwork being posted as content annoys me. No one laughs at how nice your shading is.

9) Every brony argument is a flame war. Because they're flamers.

10) Take a joke.

It's about damn time, thank you for this.. a rule that I might like to add if possible is.. people need to stop spamming content here.. you know those kind of guys that go and post like 8 or so posts in less than 10 minutes every day? That shit just needs to stop.

None of this is unreasonable.
Two things tho, please consider go easy on is #7, the random single artwork. Sometimes i'ts really good and many times it seems to be something that was given to someone as a special gift which is pretty cool. But, yeah I agree it should be kept to a minimum for the sake of the site's overall goals.
The only other thing is #1. I agree that we should not just thumb up because i'ts ponies but if something is reasonably good and getting thumbed down just because i'ts ponies
i'ts important to balance it out the red a little so peeps are not discouraged from posting anything at all.
Just my opinion.
That said thanks for being nice about it, Makes all the differrence.

i agree with all but rules 5 and 7 are too rigid for rules but are good for guidelines. I mean ponytime just needs a moderator not pony gestapo.

I agree with everything you said, but the problem remains with the new comers to this channel who will post whatever they want without knowing the rules.
