Were-niggers are like werewolves, only instead of humans turning into wolves it's humans turning into niggers. Of course the full moon brings about the change. As far as I know no one has ever actually witnessed the transformation, but the evidence for the were-nigger is still quite compelling. All you have to do is watch Maury to see examples of what seem to be humans with a beast inside, just below the surface, straining to get out. There's also the fact that there are way more niggers at night than during the day. Where do they all come from?
It's not a pretty thought, that a human could become a nigger at least part of the time, just by being bitten by a nigger, but the world isn't always pretty. The transformation might look something like this:
